ok  so if understand correctly i should use 9.xxx instead of the 10... i made sure i had most recent drivers but the new one may not be compatible yet is what you are sayin?

very welcome! Its a fun hobby but can make you want to pull your hair out.

I recommend for that type of card start with 9.x driver not 10 in case its too new for card...

Also make sure virtual memory is not to low. For a few cards no big deal usually.

I think its the driver being used is an older CUDA driver. Can you upgrade to 9.x?

Also if you can i recommend stratum over getwork.

Can someone please help me i cannot seem to find any success with this. i do not know what i am doing wrong it seems that everytime DAG approaches 100% the miner crashes and needs to restart

hello, please help me,  How can I set up a second miner in phoenix the first is eth, and the second I want to be nicehash, i use hiveos ,

Progpow active on 7280000, does Phoenix miner support it?

Phönixminer has been working with NVIDIA cards since the first release.

version PM before 4.1.c dont work with Nvidia cards ,last version 4.1.c and all versions before working good with AMD cards

i have 1080 and 1070 running very smooth on PM

Why Evry version of PM miner  works on AMD cards and not more working on NVidia cards Developer    

NOw i use Bminer and NBminer works fine with Nvidia cards

I've the same problem using local eth-proxy and http://192.... als pool adress.
In previous Phoenix versions this was working without problems, but since 4.1 it always brings the message "stratum thread not responsive"

Hope Phoenix dev can fix that easily?

i connect http://192.168.5.192:8545,my own solo node.then start phoenixminer,for about 1 minute,then error,quit.error message:stratum thread not responsive 51s,hiw can i do.

Miner work with any driver. But not "perfectly". If it didn't support installed driver it causes many stale shares and can't use new and double kernels.

It doesn't work.

More likely they're switching to an algo for which your GPUs are under-tuned.  Watch logs/console to see what they're switching to, and try tuning your GPUs for that coin/algo.

mining atheios...works great until devfee kicks in..all my rigs quit... is that because they have 3 GB cards? never experienced such behaviour before..
