Why not take your time i paid extra fees by using bitrefill.com and recieved the bonus too i hope that the issue will be resloved soon . Can't pay extra fees

The issue is still not resolved i just clicked on check out and from last 5 minutes its saying please wait , Would you please fix this problem ?
Also how can i get the Bonus , I am going to do 2 recharges on ufone operator of 1.5$ 1.5$ do i get bonus ? both recharges are on different mobile numbers .

I have the same problem , when I click check out the page ask for waiting , but after long time nothing change , I tried to clear cookies but the same happened again .

i gave up on piiko and the reason i mentioned already whenever i enter my mobile number with country code as i used to it says wrong number and i have got the recharge on same number many time before

i have even tried changing number and everything but still so gave up on piiko for now will try again next month if its fixed

I guess it was not a problem. It seems that the site is not working properly. However when I click check out that nothing had happened at all. Even I change my IP but it was still. I think the OP must be fixed this.

I was having the same issue few weeks ago, but just tried it again after reading your post and it is working fine now (at least for me)
Lets Irfan take a look at your problem, maybe you need to send your phone number to him to check whats wrong with it.

I guess the issue is with your operator not with piiko you should call your operator and ask what happened ? because the top-up is instant when we get the message from piiko the top-up is already credited .

It is weird that you have received the sms notification but you have not received the credit. In fact, the delay is usually on the sms notification not the credit. Just pm Irfan, and he may help you to check what is happening.

This time you made a mistake thats why your topup was stuck. Its Because you sent us amount after the topup has been expired and our system couldn't able to detect that tx id.

am a frequent user of your service and wanted to suggest a timer be added to avoid topups been stuck as a result of system not  detecting any incoming  transactions

We are already thinking about adding the timer. And you will see it in next few days with our next updates.
