I think you didn't config correctly your wallet. I have been opening and closing the wallet lots of times since launch and it has synced all the time.
Just open the default windows file manager, write %APPDATA% on the address bar. Then find PKR coin folder and paste inside the pkrcoin.conf you have.
Restart the wallet and you should get connections.

ok wallet has been open since launch start ... still says 0 connections and wont sync ... THATS OVER 24 HOURS ...
 obviously nodes are way behind on config.

You can think whatevr you want, but we both know, that a poker room don't have to contact the Litecoin dev team or the other way around. If a poker room likes the coin, they can just use it. Maybe they ask other companies which used LTC.
So, a poker room will accept Litecoin as well as Poker Coin. So tell me why I should change my Dollar or Bitcoin to Pokercoin instead of Litecoin?
