I finished a game five minutes ago with 581 pillars and there's again the same issue:
This one was a Pro game and is a little frustrating the fact that I've been playing hard to reach that score for nothing. Those games never count.
Same problem here & i got the answer from Support (BitPlay Today).This one was a Pro game and is a little frustrating the fact that I've been playing hard to reach that score for nothing. Those games never count.
It say:
"The tournament ends because the servers does not believe people can get that far. We cant really do anything because that helps us prevent cheating".
lol. It's possible I think. My high score in Flappy Bird is 400+ but in the Coin Flapper only got a double digit high score.

Sir Vineyard could you assist me with my problem. Im requesting you guys to check my account. I have balance but on my withdrawal page it's showing 0. Well I will not cashout , I just noticed the withdrawal balance is 0 unlike before that it showing an amount.

I'm training hard to make my top score, but when I reach 600 or more pillars, there is always an "End tournament Failed" message that follows this: "This game is no longer available".
Can you please extend the available time to keep every game alive? I think it would be amazing if we can show the world our real scores.
