I think it’s actually fair, the means by which these tickets are being awarded and yeah, it doesn’t take into considerations the wagering. You don’t get to wager and lost or rollover a certain amount to be awarded tickets. That’s the best part of it. You even get a ticket for registration and the chances of winning, it’s really a ticket at a time. Although, having multiple tickets gives you that a higher probability of being lucky but, the win isn’t limited to only a few users. There is to be 100s of winners in this and that’s really cool.

Based on the lottery, there doesn’t seem to be any wagering requirement. The terms speaks largely on how tickets are being awarded using a deposit ratio to a definite number of tickets and that’s it.

That’s quite a lot, especially if you’re wagering a decent amount. I thought this was only for the first deposit, with a 100% wagering requirement on subsequent deposits - that’s what I’ve seen at other casinos. Hopefully, they consider lowering it, since gamblers today have plenty of casino options. If other casinos have looser wagering requirements, people will likely stick with those.

Ideally, support should always be aware of any change in terms and rules and if there's doubt they would clarify first before sending a message.

On the issue of allowing VPN usage, it's pro-privacy and in line with the casinos desire to allow players enjoy the games anonymously and securely.
