Having a chance to fight with Mike Tyson can be a dream for Jake Paul that came true actually too but this fight is a controversial one in boxing history.
It feels like there’s no real recognition for his win, mainly because it was against an old Mike Tyson. I mean, what 58-year-old boxer can realistically beat a skilled, active pro who’s only 27? That’s not even half Tyson’s age, it was almost an automatic win for Jake. People just got stuck in the past and bet on Tyson, forgetting he’s not actively fighting anymore and is way past his prime. It’s like nostalgia blinded them.

Who mind? Both Jake Paul and Mike Tyson got millions of dollar after this fight and such income can help their personal finance a lot in coming years.

As reported, Mike made $20 million while Jake Paul made $40 million...  Lips sealed Lips sealed

It is what it is, the fight was basically an exhibition and the fighters, organizers and promoters all made their money, Mike walked out unharmed and so it was a good day at the office for them. That being said, i cannot say the same for the fans, particularly those who watched the fight live in the arena, i'm pretty sure they must have been bored to death, and you could even hear their groans during the fight.

Jake understood the assignment -- they were there to make money and entertain, not to destroy each other. If Paul had gone for a solid knockout, Mike Tyson could’ve ended up with serious health issues. Instead, the old man walked away in one piece and earned millions from the fight. A win-win for both!

And Tyson will likely earn one of the top five largest purses of his career when he will pocket a guaranteed $20m (£15.8m) for his participation in the clash.
They tried to warm up their fight before with a sudden slap of Mike against Jake, but this match is boring and only interesting to people who belong to the old age and want to get some of their memory on Mike Tyson back in a live fight.

Jake Paul perhaps lacked of powerful fight to knock-out Mike Tyson or he and Mike just had a deal together to end this match through total points given by referees. Also, there’s a chance this fight could go the distance since the gloves are heavier, meaning less impact with each punch.
It did go the distance, that's the full eight rounds. Both fighters wore 14-ounce gloves instead of 10-ounce gloves and each round lasted 2 minutes instead of 3, i am sure all of these was implemented because of Tyson's age.

I watched the full 8 rounds, and i am certain this was no match, it was staged and it was scripted to go this way. Jake never went for the kill even when he had Tyson wobbling. The fight was boring and slow and wasn't worth staying up late to watch, based on my own timezome.

If it is a real match, which i doubt it is, Jake Paul will prolly knock "old" Mike Tyson out, he definitely stands no chance due to the difference in age.
It was initially announced as an exhibition fight, but later it turned into a professional bout. That makes it a big deal for both fighters, so we can expect a serious showdown here!

Most boxing fans want to see the legend, which is Mike Tyson win and they may well give it to us in that way, "happy ending" stuff, but if both athletes come out without a script in their head, Tyson will suffer.
Fans still have a lot of faith in Tyson because, well, he’s a legend. And since Tyson is the heavy underdog, I’m guessing plenty will bet on him. But considering his age, he might slow down as the fight goes on, which gives Jake Paul the advantage.

It has been confirmed that Jake Paul and Mike Tyson will both use 14oz gloves instead of 10oz.

The much anticipated weekend is here. Who is winning this fight?
Mike's best chance of winning this will be to wrap it off early. The longer the match lasts the more fatigue sets in and the more the age difference will tell. Jake Paul will want to keep the match longer and grow into it as Mike Tyson gets slower.

I think Mike may just nick it, probably by ko but also possibly down to the judge's decision.

We all know that this is just for a show. Having a script on how the fight will go is high possibility to happened considering that there’s nothing to lose here for Tyson while Jake  is just doing this fight for money.
As much as I expect it to be scripted, I will be disappointed if it is. Both fighter will be getting a pay-check however the match goes, their little stunt in the face-off almost guarantees their pay day, so why not actually give the fans a show and put the referee on high alert so no one gets badly hurt.

I am surprised the odds for Tyson are so high, I do not think he will appreciate being the underdog.

Jake Paul wins, unless they decide to make a performance show with a draw result, like they did in Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr.
They are using bigger gloves this time so I am not expecting Tyson to lose this fight with a KO, but age difference between him and Jake is huge.

The wait is finally over. Hmm... my heart’s rooting for Mike Tyson, but my mind says Jake Paul. This time, I think I’ll go with what my mind says.

It’s just an exhibition fight, but after seeing the face-off, it already feels like we’ve gotten a glimpse of what’s coming tomorrow. With that said, I’m expecting a KO. Hopefully the "old mike" won't be badly injured.

I think it will be more on a draw rather than seeing a K.O since this is the outcome which both party will be happy while still might impressed the audience for Tyson tenacity to fight against young boxer on their prime.

I’m not sure what’s the odds for Draw but I will take that option to bet if I will place bet on this fight.  Smiley

but I hope Real Madrid don't actually ban their player from leaving. I saw Camavinga in the France squad today - meaning Real Madrid are not preventing their players from representing their country in this competition.
I do not think there's a chance of Real Madrid banning their players from leaving. Besides the fact that it's not something they have the authority to do there is no reason for such extreme action.
This issue is between Mbappe and Didier Deschamps.

^England had enough firepower to get all 3 points, but I feel the scoreline is a bit cruel on Greece who were good for long periods of the match until the second goal.
In this match - Greece also tried to find an equalizer after Ollie Watkins gave England a 0-1 lead in the 7th minute, but unfortunately Greece failed to find an equalizer and instead conceded the second goal by Vlachodimos' own goal. Curtis Jones sealed the win with a goal in the 83rd minute - but I agree with you, Greece will definitely regret that as they played well. After all - this was Greece's first defeat in 5 matches.

-snip-
This is the second international break Mbappe was not called up to the France squad for. Deschamps hasn't given a reason for his exclusion so the media has been going wild with the speculations.
Of course - many people will no doubt speculate why Didier Deschamps didn't call up Kylian, but I hope Real Madrid don't actually ban their player from leaving. The amount of players who have pulled out from the England squad will make it very diffcult for them to get the result they need to stand a chance of automatic qualification. They still have a decent team to lineup but it will put the fans at ease if Foden, Saka, Trent, Rice and some of the other players were available. This does present an opportunity for some fringe players to shine, especially youngsters like Lewis Hall getting their first call up.

Odds for Greece to win is an attractive one and playing in front of their home fans, there's a big chance they can win it.
In the end, England secured victory in the match with a score of 0-3 over Greece - so now both teams have 12 points even though England have better goal productivity. Ollie Watkins and Curtis Jones scored goals in that match - while the other goal was an own goal from Odysseas Vlachodimos.

In another match - France was forced to draw against Israel without a goal. France dominated the match - but not a single goal was scored until the end of the game. Really – this was beyond most people's expectations, especially those who bet on France to win this match. By the way - I didn't see Mbappe in this match, what happened to him?

England will be looking to avenge a shock defeat at Wembley.

Do they have what it takes or will Greece prove superior on their home soil yet again?

I know there are players that have scored more than he has this season, but he probably edges it in the G/A combination. At 32 he does have a couple more years at the top level, it remains to be seen if he will spend those years at Mersyside or somewhere else.
I meant both goals and assists, not only goals. If it is only about goals, there are other players who have more goals than Mohamed Salah but if the criteria is both goals and assists, he is the best.

At 32-year old, Mohamed Salah can have like 4 more years with good performances at world class level, except if he gets a very terrible injury that damages his body and career. Mohamed Salah is happy in Liverpool and he is showing his happiness with great contributions for the club. In contrast Liverpool did not show any signal that they intend to sign a new contract with Salah.
