That's normal, we have to do that to prevent abuse from multiaccounts.

You need a minimum amount deposited in your account since it was created to be able to use the code, but it's a one time thing. Next time you receive a code, you won't have to deposit anything

I think an explicit coin flip game will not work. After all, there are already enough games where you basically already play according to a coin flip system. In roulette it is actually also a coin flip if you bet on red or black, just a pity that the color green at zero is still there. Otherwise it was a real coin flip. All the strategies for that has been discussed in another topic, it is not my intention to bring that up here.
