I requested cashout on 03-03-2021 at 16:29 (email received at 16:30) and status has been "Pending Verification" or something like that I can't remember. Now whenever I login on my account it updates "Date" and "Time" on cashout log. It now says that I requested cashout on 08-03-2021 at 10:00 and it's in "Pending" status... After reload it changes to 10:05... And after another reload it says 10:10...
Guys, please, I'm waiting 5 days for my cashout... I know it's a big win, I hit x200 on scratch card and some big wins on space invasion slot but still... You are operating 4 years you can't afford this long cashout pending times...
Hello! Sorry about that, this time the issue was different.
The hot wallet didn't have enough funds to cover the entire cashout amount, so it couldn't be sent. We normally leave small amounts of Bitcoin on our hot wallet for security reasons, so when big wins like this happen and you try to cashout everything at once, there probably won't be enough money.
Next time you could try with smaller amounts, or just wait until we refill the hot wallet

How big is your cash out? Is it thousands dollars or even more? previously you experienced the same delay for your cash out and the admin said that there was an issue with the cash out verification process. I think the issue is still the same, so what have you done for the 5 days of waiting? Do you communicate with them by email or something else?
Luckily that issue was solved already, this time it was just a lack of funds to pay the cashout, solved already!
