Actually, I'm not the owner of the website, I'm not even part of the support team, I just manage this topic and forward any issue, among other things.

Most of the cases are actually solved quickly, or in less than 24 hours, it's just some special cases that need to be checked by the programmers or discussed with the rest of the team that could take more time, but usually not too much.

I'm aware that we can still improve tho, so I will forward your suggestion to the team, thanks!

The awesome thing about coin flip online is that there isn't a lot of things that you can complain about because there's only two outcomes, no draws or in between. That's too bad for you that you lost much more often than winning but I think that it is a fair thing because as I have said before, there's no in between, either win or lose.

probably there is a problem with the api system where they get the ltc/btc data because it shows the approximate value of 1 ltc at 0.00mbtc in the deposit tab. I hope there are no problems.
