Just so everyone's aware - cash outs are not instantaneous or processed within 5 minutes, like the site claims. Not to mention their live chat is offline and I have not heard a response back from my ticket. Pretty sure it's a scam.

Apologies for the delay with cashouts, most of them have to be verified manually for security reasons. And recently we had a couple of users taking advantage of a couple of exploits, so we have to be extra careful for now (not saying you are one of those users).
Our support team always reply to tickets, but some special cases could take more time, depending on the complexity of the issue. And if they are offline, you can just leave a message.

All of these sound to me as either a business with lack of money and not enough team members to deal with the issues you're describing, or as you simplified it a possible scam website.
In anyways, I'm glad you mentioned it here, it would take other more aware too.
We are a small team, but we always try to deal with every issue as soon as possible, and as explained above, we are just being extra careful currently to avoid users cheating.
