Some users were abusing a promo code for free spins creating multi accounts to use them many times until they win something and withdraw, so programmers had to carefully check cashouts to be sure that they were legit.

It only does this on your site but it seems to do it on multiple service providers (like cellular does the same thing when it happens ina WiFi connection). Here is where it stops:
