Wow you have won 84 btc from just 0.19 btc? That is truly incredible. Congrats for your huge win. I agree with the above persons that this kind of long delay is unacceptable. FortuneJack, this is a great opportunity for you to get more whales. If you do the checking fast (as other said, one day or so), this should serve as a great advertisement for your site. On the contrary, doing the checking slowly could drive your whale gamblers away.

Wow, congrats on your huge win!
Anyway, FJ could be doing fraud inspection, or they are holding your BTC in hopes that you will gamble it and lose it, so they don't have to pay you. It shouldn't take too long though, probably 2 days at most.

84BTC is alot  Shocked congratz on winning that,
but mostly almost all casino will proceed or do payment within 24hour to manually check your history, maybe up to 2days?
somehow this need to wait 10days? is not acceptable actually, they dont need 10days to check, maybe run out of funds? anyway its takes too much time..

Since it was such a large amount, FJ had to approve it

[...]

Just thought I'd ask if anyone else has ever experienced, and if it's a common practice for every online casino to do.

Unfortunately, lots of places do it because they know that if you can't withdraw you will probably be tempted to play some more, but it is borderline scammy behavior. Any reputable casino should allow you to withdraw your winnings whenever you want them.

Obviously nobody is going to keep their whole bankroll online, available for instant withdrawal, but there's no reason not to keep enough available online to service reasonable withdrawals.

At Just-Dice for instance we have a bankroll worth around $1.5M but only have coins worth something like $40k available for instant withdrawal. If you win more than $40k's worth you'll need to wait for up to 12 hours for the hot wallet to be refilled.

That is very true. Some times people after waiting for couple of days they will think just continue gambling instead of giving free coins to site.

12 hours to one or two days should be a reasonable time to check there system but they are asking for 10 business days minimum means they don't have confidence on there won system so they may need so much time. Something is not correct here.

It's normal for this to happen with huge wins. They want to make sure that you didn't cheat somehow.

Some casinos also do it because they want you to gamble it and lose it, so they don't have to pay.

Do you use any particular strategy when you play live or online roulette? Or do you just pick numbers that you feel are lucky?

I'm normally too big of a pussy to pick straight up numbers and go for black/red and even/odd

I pick numbers when I feel lucky or when I feel like throwing away money after winning a lot.

Primarily I do the sets of 3, where I'll just try picking ones that haven't been recently called. I'll also do black/red and even/odd occassionally.

Honestly I thought I was just going to walk out with 6 BTC because I had 10 BTC riding on all combinations for the #1. It was a throwaway. Until I won. Then I freaked out lol

oh my, you are really making me jealous. such luck and u sure do have ur own method on how to gamble well. really hope they can approve of your withdrawal and you can get ur btc!!! once again, congratz.

I basically only play roulette. I've tried some of the other games (like blackjack/dice), but the one where I feel the "luckiest" would have to be roulette which is why it's the main thing I play.

It probably started because I won $4k at an actual casino I went to for my friend's 21st birthday. I was playing roulette there as well and kept making good calls. You lose a lot in one bet with the style that I play, but if you win, it pays off big time. Plus, after I win back my initial investment I already feel confident doing crazy high risk bets haha

Let me guess , you got straight lucky multiple times right? Do a big bets multiple times and won it? If yes I've experienced the same thing but it only reached 0.72 only started from 0.09 . I almost always did "allin" in every single bets on blackjack , its 3times in a row I got straight lucky to win and immediately withdraw it all.
I am not a good player on roulette , always play it randomly . yea sometimes being crazy needed haha

Can't even imagine how you you felt. That's a huge amount to win a once. Like a jackpot!

I would be very surprised if you didn't get paid back though. FortuneJack has been on these boards for awhile and I haven't heard anything negative about them up until this incident. Most likely you hurt them badly. Would still like to see them respond here.

I don't really understand why "fraud prevention" or whatever would have to be involved at all. It seems like a line to just buy some time. I have never used FJ, but sites I have used(like just-dice), have almost instant, if not instant withdrawals.
They're scared of someone like Hufflepuff (or maybe him himself), running in, gambling and winning a shitton, then running off with their money faster than they can react. This multiple day waiting period is just them getting their act together and checking over and over what you're doing to make sure you're not doing anything wrong.

To be honest, you should've withdrawn 6 btc at a time Grin

(Or maybe this is just their excuse for delaying you because they don't have enough funds in the hot wallet :3)

I inserted proof in my initial post for you!

Wow 84 bitcoin congrats! What a lucky guy! Its not small amounts right??Wherever place you gamble in online casino and made a huge amounts to withdraw it necessary to check up to make sure there is nothing wrong or abusing their system that's normal. And I wish it makes sense now  Cheesy.

Yea like I said, I understand them checking up, I just really want to spend my money that I won lol

And that's normal too  Cheesy , someone who just won a big money desire to spend it immediately and worry about the pending withdrawal situation I know it  Cheesy
What stuff the first thing would you buy with that mate? A new car? A new wife? Lol

Well first I want to pay off my current car ($22k loan), and then I have a good amount of money to put on a down payment for a house. That's my main goals right now.

A little bit jealous when I see the screenshot your balance showed 86k mbtc too daaamn high amount to see in a live casino table for me .
uhhh ohhhh you are too daamn lucky , btw are you play only in live casino there? Which game do you think you earned most of these 86btc? Just curious how you made this incredible thing  Cheesy
Pay off loan always sucks to do , but it a must  Cheesy . well congrats on your winning and wish fortunejack process your withdrawal smoothly and soon . also interested to wait fortunejack reply to this thread and speak some words here .

Typically I have seen a 24 hour review in these type situations when the player comes forward and inquires with support.  Prior to the inquiry I have seen it go 3-5 days.  Very nice win and Fortune Jack is a trusted place to play so you should get your coin.

I've inquired with them already on the 1st and today. They said 10 business days from today is how long this typically takes.

Like I said I've withdrew from them already so I'm pretty confident, I just mostly want my winnings as soon as possible so I can pay off loans and get my life moving.

Well firstly well done if you did actually win that amount of bitcoin. I can tell you that it should not take nowhere near that long - ten days from now is crazy and i dont believe it, maybe 3 or 4 at most  Shocked Something is ringing bells to me if im honest. As you want it to be open and provide evidence, would you be so kind to actually provide some because so far you have not its just words. If you could take a screen shot of your deposits and withdrawals from said site and the pending withdrawal that will be enough evidence to get noticed.

Thank you very much and I see you really did have a good one there sorry to ask but i have seen so much weird here lol! Awesome for you though. now with that FortuneJack should/will show their face and comment on this as to why they need ten days to do checks when it needs nowhere near that. You will be ok mate, to keep their rep they have to pay you what is owed.
I could understand a 24 hour check to make sure you didn't abuse any site flaws.

But a 10 day wait sounds like they are just stalling for time. Would like to see FortuneJack respond here and post proof of a wallet showing they have funds to payout these amounts.

Yea.. from what I'm hearing already, 10 business days seems like a ridiculous amount of time. They said they have the funds--and they've paid out 34 BTC to me already for my other wins (included in my first screenshot at the bottom of my first post), so I'm sure they have it, I just don't know why they're doing this. It feels like I'm in the process of being scammed, but I will never make that accusation unless it actually happened. I'm just nervous because I have 84 BTC in winnings that they haven't given me yet.
