For me the best Altcoin is still Aeternity (AE), its still relatively cheap and still in its infancy. There is plenty of time to get in while its still cheap. However, nobody knows how the market moves, so it could also be availible for a cheaper price. After all I would suggest to watch the markets closely to be able to buy a dip. In my personal opinion there will be another dip right when the mainnet launches, because there will be a lot of speculation before that. At least this was my experience with a lot of coins when they released their mainnet. But all in all, AE will be a great buy imo.
Best altcoin? it depends. From my experience, ICOs are the best. But if you see some ICOs having 20-50% "promotions" for their coins for a long period of time, then this is a huge red flag to NOT invest and wait for exchanges. This is because the price will definitely tank because those people will sell their excess, causing the price to talk really hard. That's what you see in some of these oversubscribed ICOs where you dont really understand why there was great interest given a particular tech that doesnt seem that great.
What you really need to look at is the ICOs with great organisation, the hype coming from authentic reasons and not targeted marketers and of course solid tech and great team, like Multiversum. Otherwise you will be burned similar to what you see in pump and dump groups that give the signals all too late, leaving you with a bag of tokens.
Bitcoin Cash could be a good one.

Try OAX too, I think it is one of the best coin to invest because it has been listed to some exchanges already but the ICO is still ongoing. Or try TRON because I have heard this coin is great and could be worth something in the next few years, I think it has increased its price lately so wait for the coin to drop its price back again.

Besides ETH, I recommend PKT which I hold. Pretty undervalued IMO.

I agree with you. NEO becomes the best choice because it is believed will have a glorious future. NEO is experiencing a correction so deep now and will soon go back up. I think choosing it for long-term investment is a good move.

I recommend you buying PRL, its a good coin handled by Bruno, they're about launch their main net so if you're planning to do so I suggest, you invest as soon as you can.
