Unfortunately i found two different website regarding this coin:

Hello. They are 2 different projects.
The second is a Korean one, which is mainly an cryptocurrency exchange.
The first one, our project, is a cashback service for users and a lead generator for business based on a mobile application with the PlusCoin cryptocurrency included. We use blockchain technology on the Ethereum platform to control transactions and to provide safety payments.
There are two main objectives of our project: to popularize blockchain technologies and to embed the cryptocurrency, which was made for people, into our everyday life.
We create innovative platforms:
- Marketplace aggregator. A partner places the goods and a customer can purchase it for PlusCoin in the DS Plus online-store (already available for tokenholders every last Friday of each month as part of BlackFriday sales).
- P2P platform for exchanging goods and services for PlusCoin between users. Transactions are committed inside the service.
- “Cryptoscoring” tool, that can be used for crediting users to purchase consumer goods for PlusCoin.
