It took them over a month to come up with 102 btc. They told several lies during that month. The fact that they finally paid the player does not make everything ok.
They are available on the forums when there are no issues but suspiciously quiet now...
Players should know that.
Depending on the goodwill of the operator is the huge disadvantage when playing on "hide the operator" sites. At least they paid the prize won, unlike betcoin.ag
If a site isn't properly bankrolled then 'goodwill' is only part of the equation.
This site lied multiple times while slow paying a relatively small payout relative to their max bet. All signs of a casino that has backed themselves into a ponzi scheme by spreading themselves too thin.
They could easily prove me wrong by signing a message with an address that contains enough Bitcoin to cover their action. Instead they ignored me for a while and then posted this gem:
Hi TwitchySeal,
Thank you for this huge amount of attention to Pocket Dice.
First of all, we'd like to discuss your accusations of us being the same company with coinprofit.io and btc-casino.io. We're not the same company, we're just partners of that network. Btw we've got plans on leaving this network as we're not really satisfied with the results they're giving us. Any coincidence in our activity is random. We're not going to comment anything on it, as we've got nothing to say about that.
Secondly, you've started asking us to provide cold wallet addresses right after our investigation with our player chelashin was over and the money had been paid out.
Here's what we think:
1. There's no better proof than our flawless reputation. We've paid out 100% of all cashouts since our official launch in 2014. This is thousands of bitcoins.
2. The case with the big win (102 btc in total) needed some investigation to be carried out. The rolls looked suspicious, the win was (and still is) the biggest of all time in Pocket Dice. Investigation before payout is a common practice in gambling.
Yes, we've had some problems with our Xapo wallet, and yes we haven't done a good job about informing our players in here here back then, but the only reason for that is that we were doing our best to pay the player asap.
3. As I've said earlier, we were surprised with your activity in this thread and soon understood that some research is necessary here.
So it turns out you're not registered in Pocket Dice (at least with your usual nickname TwitchySeal).
Also, we have soon found these cases:
https://www.betcoin.ag/twitchyseal-offered-me-money-instagram-lie-about-betcoinhttps://www.betcoin.ag/twitchyseal-back-it-again-offering-me-help-trash-betcoin-proof-belowAll this makes me think you may be somehow related to one of our competitors and your posts here are an attempt to ruin our reputation. That's why we're not going to participate in any kind of further discussion with you.
Cheers
(they have nothing to say to my
response)
