He is reffering most likely to the faucet. Alot of gamblers lately all they care about is the faucet because then they can get free money without actually risking anything.

Yes, we know that your reputation has been flawless for more than 2 years already, learn from this time, don't use xapo again, it sucks. And advertise on the social network after pay them, this time is a big failure cause you first adtertise that winning and then froze his account.
Actually the player has been winning during the last 3 months and all his wins except for the last one have been paid on time. So the advertisement on facebook was legit

2. We have added some funds necessary for the cashout of 87 BTCs (last win of chelashin, making it a total of 102 BTC profit).
3. We've sent him an email describing how to withdraw the funds.

Yeah XAPO should be avoided at all times. Whether you are accepting the KYC or not they will usually freeze your funds and not even let you withdraw until your provide your info. Its not really fair, they should just let you withdraw your BTC instead of freezing your account for weeks.
Yes, never experienced any issues with them before though. But seriously their support is killing us

As for the investigation – sadly it is still being carried out, but we're going to announce the results really soon. We're sorry for this slight delay, but this is necessary for safety of all our users' funds.
Also we'd like to point out that we've been paying out wins to chelashin for several months with no hassle, but this exact payout was counted as suspicious by our security team. No reason to worry for chelashin if there was no actual fraud.

Wow i been playing pocketdice for a year now and i have had no problems withdrawing or depositing. I have a deposit pending there now. I really hope they aren't doing and exit scam. I can handle losing my money gambling.... but just getting it stolen
