Even though Lech Poznan did dominate in this match, the determination of the Cracovia players deserves a thumbs up.
The interesting thing here is that the draw received from the leader of the standings will make the competition even tighter and this is quite good because it makes the league competitive.

Legia is leading 2;1 with few minutes remaining. I think second part of season will be better for Legia because they dropped from UEFA competitions and will be able to focus on domestic league only. It's still possible to fight even for spots in Europe for next season.

I'm curious about this match. A possible victory for Legia will surely raise the team's morale and will probably start the march up the table. But it will not be easy for them to win. Zagłębie made really interesting transfers during the winter break, in my opinion one of the best in Ekstraklasa. The question of whether and when new players can be composed into the team.

I don't see big difference between Poland and Czech Republic, they're on similar level. Ekstraklasa have 9 times bigger TV contract than Czech league, they're not worse in terms of infrastructure, bookmakers probably gives similar money in both leagues and level of football is similar in both countries, despite that Czech clubs perform a bit better in Europe.
It's simply impossibe for Polish clubs to keep their best players when they get offers from Germany or Italy. I think it was same thing 10 or 20 years ago.

Bookmakers can sponsor teams from the Ekstraklasa and many do, e.g. STS sponsors Lech Poznań or LV Bet sponsors Wisła Kraków. However, the sums from such sponsors do not make any difference to football in Europe. In recent years, the Czech league has been dominated by Slavia, behind which there is a powerful owner from China. Despite the enormous financial expenditure, they only managed to advance to the Champions League once, where they did not win the match. The football west is leaving these countries more and more behind financially, and there is little in the way of narrowing these gaps. In England, many footballers earn more than the entire budgets of most Ekstraklasa clubs.

Jakub Kaminski (lech poznan) is going to the bundesliga and will sign a contract with vfl wolfsburg.
Kacper Kozlowski (pogon szczecin and just loaned to royale union saint-gilloise (belgium)) goes to the premier league and signs a contract with brighton and hove albion until summer 2026.

Again a good game at Górnik Łęczna stadium, this time the victim was KGHM (2:1). They left "red zone" for a moment - at least until the end of today's Legia match.
