few days ago i was a chain smoker,bt now umm free of smoke.now i realise its too much harmful for my body.so i feed up
A few days is very little time to celebrate. Many quit smoking for months and years and yet again started to smoke. 
Now more and more are beginning to talk about a healthy lifestyle and how to maintain their health. And it is good that the government took a decision to ban smoking in public places. I am not against such decisions.

I do not smoke and do not advise others. I think it is correct that the government made it mandatory for manufacturers to do a pack with a picture of lung cancer.
Does these pictures detor smokers, i dont think so. The only solution is to advice the young generation before starting it as a habbit. Then these kind of images do help i guess.

I am surprised to see the result... Most people I know smoke. It's a disgusting, expensive habit to get into. There's really no benefits in doing it, and all it did was show me that many smokers (not all), are very self-centered if they don't get their smokes. The best advice to give someone: don't start. And if you're a smoker against smoking(which you probably are), don't give out your cigarettes to people, especially kids... You are basically just ruining their life. And don't tell me anything differently. My family could have had much more money for things if the people in it didn't smoke 2 packs a day, that shit is expensive! That's before we start the whole health issues we all had while living in a home with a smoker (or 2).

I started smoking at a very young age. Maybe seven years. I did not understand the harm that is currently causing. I'm very angry right now that because of such an early age of smoking, I disturbed the body's growth. Smoking is evil.
How are you guys scoring smokes at a very small age, does your parents wont identify that you are doing something messy. Smoking at a very small age will very well disturb the natural growth for sure.

Tried smoking, but not an addict, smoking is injuries to health, it is written in the pack itself and why would you want to die knowing the fact that you will die a painful death.
