Manchester United 1-0 Aston Villa
I watched the game, it was another woeful display by Manchester United and even though they won it was clear to see how far they have fallen while they search for the perfect manager to take them forward. Aston Villa played their part well, had 2 goals correctly disallowed but they played well and took the game to their opponents.
Aston Villa are knocked out but next for Manchester United in the 4th Round is another home game against Middlesborough.
I, too, had the happiness or, on the contrary, the misfortune to observe this spectacle. To say that Manchester United inspires with their game is to err against the truth. Having scored their goal quickly enough, Manchester United unfortunately did not demonstrate a coherent game further and should thank the Aston Villa players, the referees and VAR, de Gea, Mrs. Fortune that the game ended in regular time with a victory, and did not go into extra time or even ended in defeat
Steven Gerrard's players really deserved at least one goal that would have been counted, but to Aston Villa's great regret, this did not happen. I wanted to say that Manchester United should forget about this match and move on, but then I thought that there have been a lot of such matches at MU lately and something needs to be solved with this, and not just forget.
