This happens a lot. When it is haig, it is blocked the withdraw, and once it is down, is no more blocked.
This is a trick and the exchange is used to limit the amount of money withdrawn when the market goes down and everything will return to normal when the market stabilizes, which makes many investors feel extremely uncomfortable.
I thought that only I have the same problem. Now I know that this happens quite often for everyone.
I also had problems with withdrawing funds, especially when bitcoin was 20,000 or something. I was very nervous about that, I wrote to the support, but then I thought that it was just very much of my people selling or buying that's why we have such delays. Now I think I was a little naive and didn't mention that exchange using our coins for their purposes.

Maybe not all users go through everything as needed, because there can not be a flat claim. Perhaps there are some problems that traders face on this exchange.

I have not used poloniex for a long time, but some time ago it was one of the best exchanges, at that time, of course. It was before the binance. Now poloniex not even in top 20 I guess. Maybe now they have problem with money and can't hire so many specialists that they need.
There were no big problems with polo, at least from citizens from the United States or western Europe, but someone wrote on Twitter that they had problems with the withdrawal these guyes from  eastern Europe, Ukraine or Russia. You should write again to their support because only
polo support can help you man.

I deposited 10270 XRP 4 months ago but I didnt recieve my money in my account. At that time I want to sell XRP at price 2.5 USD (now the price is 0.84 USD). I lost alot of money because Poloniex didn't support my case. I tried to deposit 100XRP to Poloniex, after 1 hour my account show me that I have 100XRP. I wonder that did Poloniex try to prevent user to sell XRP (or another altcoin) when the price of that coin is go up?

I contacted Poloniex support immediately (Support ticket #672451), they replied me after 3 months that my case was processing, after that they didn't response anything anymore.

How can I withdraw my XRP? I dont want to sell XRP anymore. I hate Poloniex.

Here is my Ripple TXiD: https://xrpcharts.ripple.com/#/transactions/DCEACC92F32C661DD74D817BC643D0B4B97B35136E4AA51E79F6262BF3C8EAD1

Here is my Poloniex address: https://bithomp.com/explorer/rfmZRjSEj8QcnXseGf8UVMUichJeB1WJFf

And this is Screen capture of my Support ticket in Freshdesk

The Poloniex exchange is a system with a clear and friendly interface, rich functionality. It provides a high level of security, acceptable terms of trade. If you close your eyes to the lack of a mobile application and exclusively the English interface - you can earn on it.

I tried this afternoon. Thank you for you good news

I'm sorry. I had no such experience with this exchange. My friends had late withdrawals and late deposits. They wrote in their Twitter and all quickly it was decided.

Last time I had same case, but after 24h they processed (maybe it was a small value).

wow that is a big amount of ripple. I wonder why poloniex doesn't solve his problem. this makes me think to move all of my funds from polo because so far, I don't have any bad problem with them and this makes me worried and I don't want to get the same problem.

I hope that the support system will help him and give that coins that already in their frozen wallet. so what results so far?

They still do nothing. So many people have same experience like me. They are still waiting for supporting from Poloniex.

Poloniex used to be one of the top trading exchanges, at this point last year every new coins was desperate to get into into bittrex or poloniex. Now, no-one is bothering with it due to poor support, most likely due to lack of staff. It's all about binance now!

-snip`

I do not think so, please connect with their support to help you, but some exchange do this action and it is not frist time that I hear this type of event on the exchange. you can exam other exchanges to see the result there are so many exchanges
No need for you to qoute down all of the things being mentioned on op you are just giving out a big space on what you had posted which do hurts in the eyes..

I have long since left ploniex. there are many cases about poloniex, you should use other exchangers such as idex, tidex, kucoin and others.
If we do try to look at here basing on the ranking https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/ its already on top 22 which does it mean this exchange would go down even more if these issues would continue to pile up.
