No funds are lost!
PonziCoin will be back and we will start again from this point. E.g. half way through round #2
However, clearly some people's lives are so empty they would rather see all you guys lose your BTCBTCBTC by trying to get the site shut down for their own self-satisfaction, this is something I will not allow happen, and as such I feel it is in the site's and your BTCBTCBTC best interest, for some changes to be made before we re-open again.

To be honest guys, I'm out. I have put too much time into the site to get hassled like this by morons who have nothing better to do with their time.
Sorry to disappoint everyone, I had a great time building the website, but I dont need shit like that from idiots like him.
I'll keep thinking of ways to make this work but until I have ironed out any legalities, I dont want to risk myself, or anyone else. Until then all funds will be frozen (e.g. not spent by anyone else)

I own a ponzi game myself, except in my one the rules don't change for no reason and its 24 hours per transaction so if yours takes over 24hours to get paid out it will be deletedSo which one is yours then? Seems to me like Vortu has done a great job and has been quite honest with us, he never ran away with any money.
