If anyone makes a viable Yaamp clone please update this thread. Please use the same web interface and name it something cool like "Extant" (means non-extinct) I am mining at NiceHash but I miss the Yaamp interface, a lot.

Well, if any viable YAAMP clones come online I guess I'll have to update Miner Control to handle multiple sites using the same system.

quick question did everyone get the coins they mined on yaamp,i got paid my worldcoins but 525 anon never paid.

he seems like a very reasonable guy and has ( to the best of my knowledge ) paid out all that he 'owes' coins to via yaamp.com ...

Wow, this is absolutely the best possible outcome, no question about it. If a fair number of pools can be set up using the code, it seems like it'll be great for the mining community; less centralisation is better for coins and more resilient to attacks. Thanks a ton for going this route, YAAMP.Also, I'm glad to hear that your endeavours were in fact profitable for you personally; from the issues that were cropping up near the end there I was legitimately worried that the service might've become a financial liability to you, which would've been a shame considering how useful it was to the mining community.

We've got a few good propositions for selling the code. We were actually one click away to close deals. But then the spirit of open source hit me and I changed my mind. We'll release the code as open source. Im sorry for those who lost their time negotiating to buy it. But i did tell them and everyone agreed. Better free than anything else i guess.

Do these latest developments mean that the domain name "yaamp.com" is now owned by Nice Hash, but the code behind what used to be Yaamp.com is available as open source? And the original Yaamp.com will not be coming back?

...unless nicehash have other plans for the yaamp.com domain of course ...

we will DEFINITELY be using your services yaamp ...
one of our plans ( especially with granitecoin as part of it ) was to setup a decent multipool system ... this seems to be it ...

I gotta say, NiceHash has been rock-solid mining since I switched over after Yaamp had the plug pulled. It has been exactly what I was looking for
