Is it possible we could get a minimum difficulty, im getting a bit tired of one of my workers dropping to 2
Just like 16 or something, 2 is just useless for everyone.
Atm im having 60 shares a minute...

Yes, you can lock the difficulty to whatever you'd like. Check the main page for help. Point your miners to either:
New York: stratum+tcp://useast.wafflepool.com:3333
California: stratum+tcp://uswest.wafflepool.com:3333
Amsterdam: stratum+tcp://eu.wafflepool.com:3333
Username: Your Bitcoin Address
Password: Any Password is acceptable
You can use one of the following as your password to set your miners difficulty (remove quotes):
"d=64", "d=128", "d=256", "d=512", "d=1024"Mine is for example: cgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://eu.wafflepool.com:3333 --scrypt -u [bitcoin address]
-p d=256 -I 13 -w 256 -g 2 --thread-concurrency 8192 --shaders 2048
Difficulty is now locked @ 256
