i think this is a very hard situation for all developing countries, they still not control their population good enough, so i the only way is to make the law stricter and highly supervise, 1-2 child per family.

Population is hard to control. Over population is one of the major problem that we are facing now. The higher the population gets, the scarce our supplies get. The only solution I see is that, people should be aware of the effect of having a lot of children and it's major effect to the community.
