A population is all the organisms of the same group or species, which live in a particular geographical area, and have the capability of interbreeding.
One of the solution is to create new spots for megacities which would consequently disperse the dense areas as the new cities would provide a location for probable new place for a family or community.
Population cant be controlled as long as sex in uncontrollable.
I agree, the population of the Earth is growing, but in the post-Soviet countries there is no overpopulation, this is the problem of China, India and others. There I try to struggle with this, but they are not very good at it, in any case it is not our concern.
You can't group all the FSU countries in one group. In nations such as Russia and Ukraine, there is a sharp natural population decline. In case of Russia, it is neutralized by immigration from Ukraine and the central Asian nations. However in Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan.etc), there is a sharp population growth, despite heavy emigration to Russia.
The population of a country help the Government to plan a budget for its citizenry.The Knowledge of the total number of families by the government in a community,local government,state and nation at large,with the fore knowledge of the number of bread winners,dependents,children, the aged...etc The planning begins only with the fore knowledge of the total number of the populace,this will help the government strategies.After due consultations and the government will rightly plan where budget will be high, more than others.A population with high number of dependents, ,will help the government to plan on how to place their priorities right.

To try and limit individuals on cap for humans they can create. In most 1st world countries the birth rate is @ or similar to that of how many humans there are their. The problem lies in 3rd world countries where the education
is next to none if any and as a result they have more babies. Then they cant support the babies then everything goes to shit and they wonder why..not saying it is their fault but adding babies to an already shitty situation

Population is the number one problem of all country nowadays.because of going bigger and bigger of the population . I think the good and best solution is to learn family planing or may be you're right vasectomy. For men and ligate for women.

Overpopulation is a big problem in many country, specially here in the philippines. There must be a law that limits the number persons in a family. For example in one family there must be 5 or 6 person including the parents. They will only have 3 or 4 children.Even 3-4 children per couple is too much. Even if the couples are having just two children each, the population would still increase thanks to the youthful structure in the Philippines. A strict one-child rule is needed to stabilize the population there. Look at China. They have implemented a one-child policy, and even then the population is growing.
That probably won't work for a democratic government who's also under catholicism. There will be opposition here and there. So it would depend if a husband and wife would be responsible enough to know if they can manage properly a big family or not.

The rapid increase in population will lead to a shortage of facilities, the surrounding environment, food shortages. I think the measure is to show each person the perception of childbirth.
To limit population growth, each country should have a reasonable birth policy, with one child or two children per family. I think that is the best way to show them the harmful side of giving birth
