I see this as a good partnership because there is no coin that has been partnered with an a porn site or any porn related company - only verge. Its just the common quote "Buy the rumor, sell the news" made the price of verge crashed. I am holding verge right now and I am planning to buy more since I see this partnership as a good partnership for the long term.
Maybe more people are going to be interested about Pornhub... They got free advertisements and surely succeed to sell some coins at ATH. People know now where they can spend their XVG.

While Pornhub is a huge website. I highly doubt that they have a lot of paying users. Just like all other tube sites, they mainly profit from ads. So the fact that they will accept some krypto currency that is mainly unknown to 99,9% of their users. I hardly think there will be any transactional volumne.

I think that this partnership can make a bad reputation for Verge. I don't know what they really expected, but the reaction of crypto community was very negative. You can see it from XVG price chart. The price decreased almost by half just after the announcement.

With regards to the reputation, nobody really cares about it when it comes to money. The only thing negative here is the irony about this is that the community whether it is the crypto or just the social community, we tend to think that adult sites and porns are taboo (yes, it is explicit but not taboo) and still, a lot of people are, in fact, using such site anonymously. I totally agree with you on this. It's a strategic move done by pornhub to increase incoming customers cos privacy and anonymity. This won't affect verge it will surely pump the coin since lots of pervs all around the world.

I don't think that this is big news. Porn is always ready to take the extra step to take your money. In their eyes it is just a payment option not a revolution.

I found it in a telegram news. At first, I was angry because cryptocurrency (secured token) will accept a partnership with a virus site. I don't think it will become an advantage to the name of verge but I think they are aware of what they did. For sure, verge will down in the next few months after this news spread from the earth.
