Marvelous performance by Sporting until now! 5 wins in 5 games. 19 goals scored and only 2 conceded. These are indeed spectacular stats pointing to a big victory at the end of the season. But the question is: Will they stay this consistent all the time? Huh

It is difficult to be sure of the answer for it. But I think it is no. Because it isn't a very common thing to be seen in European leagues you know. We have seen Leverkusen example lately but not many more of it in these years.

The biggest reason behind my thinking about Sporting is that they have a very busy schedule after the new format of the Champions League.

For the past few matches Cristiano Ronaldo have been scoring few matches so I was expecting he would play and score but I was wrong and that was how I lost the bet.

Yes, I know that too, even if we include second place, those three teams also have a lot of achievements in that position. Sporting managed to win today against Arouca with big score of 3 goal without reply and in this match Sporting game was really extraordinary in dominating the game and also many opportunities in the attack efforts they made to attack Arouca defense until it looked very messy.
At the beginning of this season Sporting game was very good and they always had a percentage of more than 70% in the chance of winning, there have been 5 matches with total of wins and now Sporting is leading the standings with 15 points, hopefully this will be good start for them.
Gyokeres also played very well, but unfortunately we only saw him create goals with the penalties they got, I agree that Gyokeres is great striker and in 5 matches Sporting also showed that he gave 8 goal with 1 assist.

Yes, Sporting have really started the season with a bang. And as for Arsenal, they may wish to have taken interest in him more seriously. If he continues to play this way his value upon transfer will balloon for sure, and of course, Sporting probably will not let him go cheap.

And, of course, if Gyökeres continues in this vein -then his asking price might reach eye-watering levels, which is very plausible in today's transfer market whereby player valuations can skyrocket very quickly. They might see him as a long-term asset if he helps them win some trophies.

It is, of course, very early in the season, but momentum at this stage would be welcome for confidence within the team and from players. Fans will want to believe that this is not just a good start but the sign of a great season to unravel later. If Sporting can keep up this kind of performance, they will win not only domestic silverware but have a surprise package for Europe as well. Naturally, retaining Gyökeres is vital to all those ambitions.

Did you notice that all clubs that have won Arouca this season started to win the club at first half which is my favorite pick. I check the match on Stake but I have not seen it yet. I check another site and it was 1.25. Stake odd would be similar. I think I will go for first half win for Sporting CP but which is an away match. The match can not be as tough as Sporting CP versus FC Porto while I am expecting Sporting CP to start winning at first half. I will bet on the match anytime I see it on Stake.

Unexpectedly, Sporting started the season smoothly in the first 4 games, successfully achieving full points, scoring 16 goals, which is not an easy thing for a team without good cooperation.
Gyokeres is a goalscoring machine who they discovered can set deadly statistics. It's a shame that Arsenal lost a classy striker like him.

Sporting Lisbon is not a small team as far as the Liga Portugal is concerned. They are among the top team that have produced some of the finest players we know so I don't see how their performance this season is unexpected. They are in my chart as a club I play both as direct win against a weaker side and based on goals, over 2.5 and over 3.5 and they always deliver. Judging from present form, I have more confidence in them than even FC Porto and Benfica.

He will, last season he managed to become the top scorer with a collection of 29 goals, and currently he has got almost 25% of his collection last season from just 4 matches. I rarely follow up with the happenings in the Portuguese league but what caught my attention earlier this week was when I saw a list of players contending for the European golden boot in the current campaign only for me to see that alongside Erling Haaland of Manchester City, there's another player who's already netted 7 league goals. Viktor Gyökeres is just a class on his own and to think that Arsenal was linked with him but ended up not signing him is just crazy considering the club's need for a sharp and prolific striker like Swedish striker. I hope he continues with his current scoring ratio so he lands himself big transfer deals in the transfer windows to come

That match was no exciting and no team could do any goal and score was level in the end of match. I was Supporting Braga team but they disappointed us and we didn't see any goal in the end of match. The shots of Gil Vicente team were more in number and these were 11 as comparison to shots of Braga and they hit 9 shots . The shots on target was also more from Gil Vicente but possession percentage of Braga team was good and the passes of Braga team was also excellent . We did not see any match winner player in this match and match was ended with draw and both teams got equal points. That was a very boring match.
