Scam CHECK and REVIEW

Conclusion: SCAM

Where is the whitepaper?
Where is the client?
Where is the Technical papers?
Is there a website available?
What are you using BTC for?
Who are you (Anyone can make up a name)?
Where is your dev team?
Is the IPO account a few months old?
Where is your forums?
Is there support, pools, exchanges and etc?
Why are you doing an IPO before you answered these questions?

Does this coin answer these questions?

Failed: No Whitepaper, Just text
Failed: No Client, a read-me text
Failed: No Tech Papers, Just text
Risky: Website remindes me of VisaCoin's scam. In general, the website was very poorly done. Was not created by anyone who has any skills or talent in creating a site. There is no information regarding Exo, just a graphic interface to further market EXO
Failed: Does not specify
Failed: No Idenity or IRC chat to communicate
Failed: No Dev team
Failed: Brand New account
Failed: No Forums
Failed: No Support whatsoever
Failed: Failed All questions.

Concluding Statement: Exo Failed all questions. The only reputable part about EXO, is the credibility Anon gave this with his escrow service. EXO reeks of VisaCoin's bad memory scam, with the same styling and lack of factual or provable information. Avoid EXO scam until further questions are answered.

My Opinion : It's a scam, failed all questions. Does not invest in this bullshit, even with a reputable man like Anon. There is no evidence that states this is a real coin in development. The whores and vultures have come out to rob you of your BTC. Stay away at all costs, use the escrow service but expect a lot of BTC returning to your wallet when this is all said and done.

This review is subject to a change on further, new, evidence gained.

Regards,
T.K.

well, if this is a scam, as long as i can get my BTC coin back from anon136, it only cost me 6.5$ (approx) to check if this is real. So, I think it worth the try. I doubt that anon136 scam people. We will see this tomorow.

But you don't, Dev said funds have to be released before white paper is released, so you risk losing everything.

This scam has been here for so long, my scam check is almost meaningless now, due to the fact that all damage has been done.

Hate to break the news to investors this late in the game.

don't listen to ipo dumpers, 50% mining is a good choice, fair for everyone.

while this is true what exokk wrote - we have just discussed about that point. Although we think it is rather unlikely to happen at all we will do the following just in case that it will happen anyway:

lets assume that an early bird would get less EXO from his/her investment than a 2nd stager (both invested equal amount of course).

the early bird block (15%) would be extended -  in this case "stealing it" from the 2nd stage block (lets say 15% -> 17% and 10% -> 8% then). The procentual amount of the "stealing" would be choosen to be, so that early birds will get at least some EXO more than 2nd stager for the same investment to make it more fair (the earlier you invest the more risks you have the more EXO you want to receive). [this applies to the situation 2nd <->3rd stage unfairness, too ofcourse]

But as exokk already has written: We would naturally expect, that you get more EXO out of your (same amount of) investment at 1st than at 2nd than at 3rd stage even without the correction process that I just wrote down here.

I hope this will help you. In our oppinion this is the best solution to be fair to everyone and to honor early investors risks.

eXocoin team

One more question. Because escrowed transactions take less risks, if they share the same 15%,  it seems not so fair to those without.

Exo, can you change the 50% mining in to 25% and add the 25% to the first, second and third round? That would be much more fair, knowing there are a lot of investmments made already... what do you guys think?

As great as all these get rich quick IPO and all are, who are the devs working on this? I can make a nice website and get 100btc in a day and then disappear. Where is the evidence they have the skill to do anything other than make a simple html page?

Yep, there is nothing different with VISAcoin, Shadowcoin and IMG.

Bounties:

Im not very clear how the distribution means about early-bird, round 2, round 3.
Let's make it simple. We suppose the exo-team get 4 btc, 1 btc, 1 btc in round 1,2,3 respectively and we need share 30% totally.
So here is the question.
How to distribute the share?
a. early-bird 15%, round2 10%, round3 5%, which means the proportion is 3:2:1 just as the pie chart said.
OR
b. early-bird 24%, round2 4%, round3 2%, which means 1 btc can get 6% 4% 2% shares in different round, that is, 3:2:1.

Internet of Value
I have a question. Who is mining and protecting this coin network when it is 50% premined ?
I am not a miner but I think I understand a miner's mindset very well.

It does take a day for this question pop up in my mind.
