I'm using Linux and my wallet doesn't sync. (No block source available)
What I've to do? Wallet version v0.8.6.3-dirty-beta.
edit: I got it work. Just make potcoin.conf to ~/.potcoin folder and put addnode addresses to it.

im new to POT , downloaded the wallet from official web,,, but cant sycned... can anyone help me ?

I assume your on windows (please correct me if your not)
So
1.Open you roaming folder, Should be C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming
Or search your computer for %appdata% and the roaming folder should come up.
2.Open the Potcoin folder in the roaming folder.
3.Make a word document and add:
addnode=162.243.214.135
addnode=213.95.21.24
addnode=88.198.110.120
addnode=91.121.85.62
addnode=188.226.135.210
addnode=162.243.227.221
addnode=5.255.66.44
addnode=23.253.70.235
addnode=162.243.224.78

and then save the files as Potcoin.conf (the icon should not be a normal .txt files icon but a blank white icon.

What a great week it`s been! We`re really excited about potcoin`s future and knew this price rise would come eventually, looks like potcoin has a new floor. There are few altcoins that have a real purpose behind them, like potcoin does. Really enjoying the tweets out of the conference today too.

chunky has been my go to pool since I started mining pot months ago.
Now that i'm running an exchange I don't get much time to check on my miners etc but everytime I do they are just munchying away at chunky.
Also, Please consider www.cryptoaltex.com to buy and sell your potcoins. Currently are sellers aren't budging and have set the price fairly high.

Mac wallet wont sync? and about 500pot was sent? can anyone help me out? appreciate it. saw earlier posts about copy pasting some nodes but not sure how?
On the a PC you open a txt file paste the nodes and save the files as potcoin.cfg in the user/appdata/roaming/potcoin.
redownloaded and it works but got a question mark next to a transaction, how and where do i run the salvagewallet command? really appreciate the help
If your on Windows create a shortcut of potcoin-qt.exe then open up the Properties window of the newly created shortcut. Append a space and -salvagewallet after potcoin-qt.exe. Click OK on the shortcut property window then double click the shortcut to launch.
Delete the shortcut afterword's as you only need to do it once.
Alternatively you can launch from the command line using: potcoin-qt.exe -salvagewallet

This is why POTCOIN is so important to me as there is talk of funding going into research, and even though it isnt legal in the UK the fact that i could buy seeds,vapourisers etc etc and not have to worry about credit card details puts my mind at ease as i already have enough to worry about.
So get behind Potcoin lets change the future, spread the word, spread the love and last but not least,
