the unlicensed, unregistered "investment" aspect is illegal i can assure you !  Roll Eyes
The way it is implemented, you are still just gambling or playing. Just not against the house. It's like playing on 99% chance to win but very slowly.

hes right, i have bbmmbb ignored like everyone else so i didnt see his post. but any gov't obviously wouldn't allow an investment to happen without mandatory taxation tied to it like all publicly traded securities.

best case scenario, they would allow it to operate for a while but if it got big then yeah, they'd force taxes on it like everything. i would know, im a poker player that was forced out of usa because it wasn't taxed efficiently enough for them.

yes like i've been saying the businuss model is fundamentally flawed! Go ask Eric Voorhees what happens when you get creative with this type of shit ! :\ srsly

What's illegal about running a gambling casino?

I am not sure. It was actually a question in the previous post. It seems its legal but within certain jurisdictions, and gambling laws of the country you are in.

It would be odd to run a non-gambling casino. You'd be more like a video game arcade. No chance of winning, except beating up everyone else in Street Fighter or Tekken or some dinosaur shooting game.

But seriously, I think there are issues with the operator, and there are separate issues for the players.

Use your brains guys, Dean actually has the trademark rights to the dot com (and anything with prc in it) and can obtain it legally without paying for it. I have done this before when someone tried to extort my company. It took 3 days to get control of the domain. This is no different to what i experienced in the past. Dean, you should have just purchased the domain.

I also want to say some nice words to finnile (aka zolace) - GET OFF THE CRACK YOU KNOB END!

I am done trolling Dean for now. But is running a gambling casino even legal? And since its probably not, do you think Dean can even put up with a legal case here?

And Me Zolace? maybe you should get off the crack...

Just FYI, your sig links to https:// and it doesn't work for me (connection timeout). http:// works ok.

TBH I don't really get what this spat is about. So you have a domain that Dean wants. And he wants to buy it for half a coin or something like that? It looks to me that you either sell or expect to make more from referrals and don't sell. Why the sudden lawyer-up? Are there any T&Cs for the referral program that would address "deceptive marketing" or whatever this is?

Fixed tyvm.

Exactly.   Cheesy

I wouldn't call it deceptive marketing. It is in the fucking sites favor. Dean is a shit marketing person frankly and he is mad I'm actually getting people in the door!!!

I sit with JD open just to point people when the random person who hasn't been around in a year comes through. No one else is doing that and I do it in a way to not look ike a homeless beggar.

All is fair in love and marketing!  Dean has been a dick to a few trolls and they are trolling him.  Nothing I can do about fake Reddit links and such.

I don't mean it's deceptive or not, IANAL. What I mean is if there is ANY clause in your affiliate agreement or in any other document that governs this relationship - if there is such a document - that could be used against you, either to terminate your referral or to sue you or whatever. I guess I'm missing some part of the story, but I just don't see where the lawyers start coming into the picture. Does Dean have a trademark on the name? Don't see anything on his site indicating that.

It makes no sense to me at all. You were bringing in lots of new customers to the site, and getting paid peanuts for doing so.

Very few people will be visiting prcdice.com by mistake. People are visiting it because BAC is advertising it.

If I was Dean I would stick to what I'm good at and leave talking to customers to someone who isn't going to drive them away.

a new site.

Also, if you haven't, take prcdicesucks.com, .org, .net. That's pretty standard advice in the web hosting industry.

Funny you say that because I got Litecoinsucks.com and LTCsucks.com pointed @ the .com lol

Check this out: There is a company in my country called Philippine Long Distance Telephone Corporation. They registered pldt.com.ph.

Some guy, registered pldt.com and pldt.org

It took 6 years and an out of court settlement.

The guy who registered iphone.com BEFORE Apple launched their smart phone got paid a 7 figure sum.

The guy who registered McDonalds.com and was offered $10,000 USD but refused, got sued to death.

The parents of a girl named Eve registered eve.com and was offered her entire college tuition paid in full. Eve (the girl) was a minor at the time.

I suggest that Dean either accepts Bay's offer, or counter offer and pay up front 1 BTC. Take it as a lesson in the domain industry. There are reasons why big sites register 10 top level domains and 100 country level domains when they launch a new site.

hate to take sides but BAC, you are fucking scum

Take sides all you want.  Dean was being greedy dick in the troll box, I took the domain and he isn't going to strong arm me!

I woke up to that email out of the blue. I thought shit was put off until November when I can actually transfer it.  I've pointed it back to a landing page as not to hurt investors.  The point @ that site was just a shot over the bow cause they don't even accept investing.  Which is the "heart" of the site and determines the players.  I like PRC the site, but Deans sort of a dick tbh.

Take sides all you want. I market my balls off and I get my affiliate link... Dean even encourages people to put it in their signature.
