I'm like the idea of survey, but how are you sure the participants are sure they understand those questions, I  have done mine already and looking at the list, I'm the first on the list, I would like you to introduce a pre-qualified set of questions to ask and test the knowledge of the participant on simple insurance related questions and if the person score less  than certain percentage he should be disqualified and not allow to move to the main survey. But if you want to continue with this you can also put it on your twitter page to attract more participant. Best of luck guys
