Sent from exchange account works, but if any problem about the ownership of your account comes up, it is always better to have the private key.

I have completely agreed with this idea. That is a good condition for the investors buy and hold more OPAIRs and the dumps is quite difficulty

But it looks the worst, because on the other ICO's the developers existed and we could interact with them,but on this one it looks like the developers don't even exist.

How can it display how many shares you have? There are no shares. There are no coins to display yet either

As kooke said, we show you the price per coin and your coins at actual time. If new investments are coming the price per coin will increase/your coins decrease. It gives an overview of the future distribution.
