This is a mass registration address, virtual office, which we rent from London presence (www.companiesmadesimple.com/). We have no need in real one yet and it costs substantial funds. We plan to get one after pre-ICO. So, there are many companies registered there. This question was already asked and discussed here:

Norwegian address is a non-virtual. As far as this raises questions - I have removed our UK address (we don t really need it on the web site - it s used to get mails from government only). All addresses, which are on the web site now are real.
Just to make it more easy for you to find things (so that no one will be pretending he found something new and interesting) - company is dormant and it has no bank account. We don t use it as proof to make this project more legitimate, just for the legal questions (Copyright and agreement between the founders). If it s confusing, we can remove it from www.drugdiscoveryathome.com web site. Both DrugDiscovery@home and Digital BioPharm ltd. web sites are owned by me personally, not by a company yet.

This means that if 30 000 ETH are raised, then 3 000 000 DIL is generated, while if maximum 1 600 000 ETH is donated, then 160 000 000 DIL is generated. So the number of tokens corresponds to investments. Or you mean additional bonus for bigger investments?

Number of tokens corresponding to investments is ok, but then it is unclear how this is going to be handled (see the part marked red above). Not all tokens are to be distributed by crowdfunding, and its unclear how big will be the total tokens number then.

Andrey, if you indeed are looking for the best solution, and want to have people fully confident in their investment, I would give an advice to you. Look at the scheme used by PureVIDZ ICO lately (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/purevidznet-decentralized-streaming-webtorrents-vidz-trading-now-1696889). They used a multisig 2 of 3 wallet, controlled by them + two different trusted escrows (SebastianJu and Dabs).
Most importantly, they divided their roadplan to stages, with funds released gradually after completion of specific stage.
This scheme was accepted by community very well, and was praised a lot. It is a bit expensive, but gives a lot of confidence to investors.
If you can hande this way, it could add credibility to your project.

i would feel much more confident throwing some satoshis at this if this was available.

On the note of the project, it's hard when ya theres literally atleast 3 other projects funded and with massive github commits everyday already in progress, investors will have to find something SONM will offer they dont, maybe the trusted age of the DrugDiscovery@home project and BOINC itself?
those ARE big points i believe, as i for one love BOINC, it was one of the first things i did in the cryptosphere
