He was still listed as an admin on your server after you had been made aware of the whole incident. As to the pool op making a mistake yes, him scamming people please back up those allegations with something concrete.

BTW our social and community is always open for everybody, we did not do anything wrong, we only work on our project and don't want to waste time on dramas, you should do the same i guess.
