I dont think that its gonna change a lot but, you can remove the last line of your .conf file :

Maybe try to delete the wallet.exe completely and redownload it from source to start from scratch.

For the firewall in the doubt you could also just copy/paste the wallet.exe to another one with another name, the firewall will ask you again the authorization. (just in case)

If one of your missions in creating this coin is to be used as payment option in the euro region, have you asked at least a couple of shops or merchants that you can use as guinea pig of this project?
At least try the feasibility of using your coin in actual situations.

I am waiting for the addones to start receiving what I am mining in the pool, if at first we are not so far ... have to worry more about quality than quantity ....
