There was no block reward decreasing in the years you mentioned , but there would be in Q4 2016 so the price will probably (most likely) be more then you predicted , hopefully ... Personally only thing that worry me on Bitcoin right now is the blocksize , Core developpers should find something to do to increase it without switching to Bitcoin XT .

i think next year no one is talking about bitcoin xt anymore. the support for xt is falling every week. most of the xt nodes run on trial servers.
Xt is already nothing, nobody support for xt anymore and after end of this year when we close to halving block. Slowly but sure bitcoin price will jumping

$230 x 2 = $460, nice and simple with the block halving right Smiley
LOL very simple  Grin Grin

I agree $460 in August/September of 2017, this realistic but two years long enough, I hope to reach $1000 again in August/September of 2017 Cheesy

Because the whole market knows about the halving, and will be looking at the previous one, I suspect that there will be some that are waiting to find out what the price is nearer the time then jump in a couple of months before it, then because most people expect it, little will happen.

Then...just as everyone gets bored it might do something upside that shocks us all.  Most of us are dumb f'ers when it comes to this kind of thing (and I don't exclude myself), so what most of us think, is probably not what will happen.

Personally I look at it as something that has a fair chance of failure, but I'm sticking with it because if it works, the rewards could be exceptional, though that leads back to diversification of investment and not putting all your eggs in one basket.

I still would like to believe that I'd never have to sell, and use it for its own value without getting involved in other value transfer methods too much.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was $460 by this time next year (2016). You need to take the halving into account.

$460 actually seem realistically, after the block halving in 2016 there is a really high probability that bitcoin will rise.

Totally agree with what you said. If not in 2016 it will reach $460 in 2017.
The first we must reach $300 end of this year if that's happen i believe bitcoin will jumping to moon Smiley

I think it will be better one price with 4.5 figures and not less or not more. Is nearest the reality and all the analysis testify this. The predictions about the price of bitcoin always make me laugh.

People is being so pessimistic with their predictions lately. Cmon guys 3 figures it's too low for 2 years. Bitcoin is insanely underrated, one would hope that society will be not be stupid enough to not pick up with the inevitable superior tech that Bitcoin is, so im aiming for 4 figures, I dont know if 1000 or 9999, but 4 for sure.
