Simple math. Btc price was 115 in August/September of 2013. It's 230 in August/September 2015. I proclaim we will see 460 in August/September of 2017.

Oh I hope you're trolling...

why do you say that? his prediction doesn't sound that unreasonable, especially with the halving infront of us. or do you find his prediction to be shocking low??

Its prediction for me seems a stupidity when he tell: "simple math". Where is the math here? I don't understand its logic in finding math in his ongoing words.

Maybe he has a math method in his mind Smiley He means the bitcoin price is 2x every 2 years.

Accepted. My poor mind is not capable to catch some difficult things like this. Every day can be learned one new.

38% annualised return, sounds risky

Yes, but just take a look at the timeline in which btc went from few bucks to that ATH of 1200$, what return was that Smiley

I agree with op that double the price as it is today sounds fair for 2017, but i would think that it's the lowball price under the assumption that nothing changes, no big news or anything.
On the other side, if we get some trending going on again, you could easily add another zero to the end of that prediction.

The market is too small, any whale can manipulate it at will. What we know is

1) Bitcoin is insanely undervalued objectively, and it's marketcap is worth trillions
2) Those trillions will come sooner or later

But we don't know when that will happen, so you better hold and dont try to play the market much.

now price 240$
i think we can hit 300$ at end of this month Smiley
and easy to going rate 460$ at next year

i really wish it was that easy, but i can't see the price go over $300 in this year. but if you believe it will, then buy yourself some coins if you haven't already.

I never buy Bitcoin for holding, i buy bitcoin just for trade,
but i save some amount per week 0.04-0.1 to sell at price 500$  Grin

I like this idea, i will try to practice this too, it is a smart move to save also in the real life. To the moon...

It's hard to touch $460, because many of bitcoin holders in worldwide will sell their bitcoin in massive amount if they find $350 price in market. I predict bitcoin will remain $225-$300 until the beginning of the next year if there's no a big news. Maybe bitcoin will touch $350 in 2017 or fall down to $150 depends on market and news
exactly,we've seen this before whenever the price rises a bit all the people start selling their bitcoins  Cry

Very good. Simple shit. The price will be high in the next month, then down the next one, then again high the next one and at last down the last one. Then will not be more month to make prediction (there will be the end of month; this is mathematically proved) so we will go without predictions and without nothing like else pearls to read.

That is not true, many people are looking to sell when the price is somewhere between $500-1000.   $350 would be a foolish price to dump unless there is a pump and dump and not enough people interested in actually purchasing BTC. If there is lots of buying and the market maintains the demand price will easily rise well above these prices.

If you have purchased at $200, then $350 is a wonderful price to sell.
It doesn't matter if the price increase is due to a pump or an increase in bitcoin adoption.

Sure, it's a great figure to sell. You make some nice profit. But then the price keeps going to $400-500, or higher. Then it drops down to $375. You want back in. Whoops.

thats way too small prediction in my opinion it will get at least to 600 each

Until 2017 i think most of big online and in-real-life stores will implement bitcoin as a payment service so it can happen $600.

Yeah, agree with that too. Market movement depends on people. But if they hold their BTC too long it will make bitcoin market sluggish. Bitcoin price also depends on news in online media. Good news mean many buyers and order price will increase dramatically in short period.

Thats such a long time away in bitcoin land Grin.  We could see other bubbles in the mean time.  We'll hit $460 for sure in 2016 and also possible this year.

Agreed. Definitely many more mini bubbles and drops before the year ends. Not everyone is even sure that we've hit bottom at $160. We could possibly even go lower within the year.
