Arsenal are returning to the Premier League after losing to Porto in the Champions League disappointingly. The fans are hoping for a strong performance to make up for that loss. Because of the much worse look of Newcastle compared to last season I don't think Arsenal will lose points at Emirates. Arsenal are already in an incredible form here - a 5-win streak.

What do you think about Arsenal's PL title chance this year?  Huh  Truthfully I can't be much positive about it because of knowing their character. It feels like they will waste their potential chances just as last season.

As long as Manchester City don't become champions I'm okay with any other team.  Grin

Mind you, Arsenal has also lost narrowly during the previous fixture they've played in the Premier League Competition. It was due to VAR not doing a good job.
The lose to Porto wasn't expected honestly, but what's happened cannot be changed they have to focus on the fixtures ahead right now. if things goes as planned, then Arsenal would be able to score more than two goals. How they play tonight would definitely reflect on the game against Porto during the Champions League.

Manchester United bottled them chances and of closing the gap with Tottenham Hotspur. Wow mich expectations from them and they failed to respond well, some would blame it on the coach again!

Manchester United 1 : 2 Nigeria Fulham boys
I know you will be surprised at the title of my post but that is just the reality. The Nigerian defender and midfielder in this concluded AFCON in the person of Bassey and Iwobi were the goal scorers for Fulham that enabled them trash Manchester United today. I don't know if I will say that it is the effect of the successful AFCON they played.

In the other hand, Manchester United did not do enough to secure 3 points for them. Even when their former captain Harry Maguire tried to make them go home with 1 point, it was all to no avail.

I think it will be difficult if we talk about Arsenal's chances of winning the PL this season. Actually, they still have a chance because they have really performed well in the last five matches. But the League only has a few games left. City and Liverpool are also in good form and they are very motivated to become champions. I think Arsenal will waste their chances again like last season. To be honest, their performance against Porto was not that bad. They were just unlucky because Porto was able to get the win at the end of the match. I'm sure Arsenal can avenge that defeat at the Emirates Stadium.
Nothing is impossible after Arsenal was able to be consistent until the end of the season and the difference between Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal is not too far, only 5 points, it is quite easy for Arsenal to catch up, but the problem is that Arsenal always have a bad habit when they are very consistent but towards the end of the season they actually lose consistent and being very bad like several seasons ago making mistakes like this Arsenal and for Liverpool it seems very convincing but lately the mainstay player Mohamed Salah is often injured and this will be a serious problem for Liverpool who will maintain their position while Manchester City is actually consistent as well as players who are strong enough to face both clubs and Guardiola will not let his club lose the title this season.
Arteta is a great coach but focusing on 2 competitions seems very difficult.

I really don't understand some websites. Sometimes they write like a player is injured and won't play. But on matchday we see that player in the starting eleven or on the bench... They should be more careful with sharing news.
It would be very bad if Salah got injured again when the team was in a position like this. Liverpool must win all their matches if they want to become premier league champions. They are hunting for the title with City. We know City is a very dangerous rival and they will try to displace Liverpool from the top of the standings. But as you said, sometimes the media writes that players are injured but actually it's just a minor injury. I'm not interested in the EFL Cup but I hope Salah can play in all the remaining games in the Premier League.
I do agree that Salah is a very important part of Liverpool team and without him they are not going to be all that amazing. However, they should start looking to replace him already, they replaced almost everyone in that team and yet they are not really making any strides, that just doesn't make sense to me at all.

I understand that they are not looking all that crazy at the moment, but they are at least trying their best one way or another. I think the most important thing right now would be just making sure that it is not going to be all that much mattering eventually. I believe that we are going to end up with some troubles if Salah is not replaced soon, dude is getting older and has to be replaced eventually.

Salah is a very important piece of the puzzle for Liverpool. And I believe Liverpool is also very lucky to get the service of a player like him. But at the same time, I absolutely agree as well that they should really be looking forward for a replacement as soon as possible. I really wonder how it is going to be after Jurgen Klopp. This is a news that even got me to be a little sad and I am not a big Liverpool fan.

Anyway coming back to the point of Muhammad Salah being replaced, yes it has to be done. And if Liverpool is available to find a suitable replacement, they will genuinely suffer for a period of time.

Is it really due to having the EFL Cup finale at the weekend? Because I saw it like he had a thigh injury that was why he couldn't play on a source. I hope he isn't injured once again. This would be devastating for the fans and people who don't want Manchester City to become PL champions once again.   Undecided  I hope you are right and Klopp just wanted not to risk him before the finale.

This weekend, the EFL cup final will take place and the two teams going up against themselves have been long time rivals too. To be fair in judgement, it'll be an easy game for one of the teams considering past performances and all time performances this season too. First for Chelsea, this season have been unfavorable to them and frankly, they don't seem set to be EFL champions this season. They've not been able to prove their worthiness. As weeks go by, they keep having bad game records and it's not looking like it'll end in just a matchday. Although maybe a miracle can happen for them on Sunday but one thing is certain that Liverpool won't have it easy on them too. Hopefully the coach would know the proper approach to take for the game and the players would be productive in their efforts too.

For Liverpool, they've not really been stressing to get good game records this season. Overtime they've been a better side than Chelsea and Sunday won't be an exemption. They've had good game outcomes this season, even their last games in passing weeks have been fair and enough confidence they possess for the final clash. They're determined too to bask the trophy even though they're aiming hard for the EPL trophy too. It won't hurt to get both cups though. They'll implement a lot of intensities in the game and Chelsea yes would fight to sustain the game to their best ability but only hopefully, they'll be able to stand strong and high to and at the end of the clash. A lot of bettors would favour Liverpool to win this game,  but they shouldn't forget that it's a final and it's going to be very tough, Chelsea are not going to allow them win easily they'll definitely fight back and bettors should use their last fixture against Manchester City as a yardstick. Well even though Liverpool wins I think btts would come through for some bettors.

~snip~But in my opinion Manchester United inconsistency is none other than because many of their players have experienced a setback in their performance this season. In terms of defense, they are experiencing big problems which may have to be fixed at the end of this season and also for the front line, of course Manchester United needs quality stickers when it comes to scoring goals. For this season I think Manchester United's target is only to return to the top 4 rankings.

Because in terms of defense, Manchester United is quite weak, therefore Manchester United will be looking for a new defender. It is common knowledge that Manchester United is hunting for a new center back. In the summer, they may be left behind by Raphael Varane and Jonny Evans, whose contracts expire on June 30 2024. Many top defenders have been linked with Manchester United, such as Marc Guehi from Crystal Palace, who is a young player who will be a good central defender with still strong form. Guehi, who is a former Chelsea player, is rumored to be priced at around 50 million pounds in the summer transfer market.

In this Manchester United defense, I can only boast of  Diego Dalot, Luke Shaw, Lisandro Martinez, Rapheal Varane and lastly Aaron Wan Bisakka. The rest I have nothing to say about they're not consistent and some are overhyped and over protected even when they do not do enough for the club Manchester United.

Jonny Evans am Harry Maguire should leave, they're too dull and that has affected the pace of the game from the back.

Guehi from Crystal Palace would make lots of sense,  he has been linked more than a month or two now with Manchester United. The new owners are more interested in getting players who are close to them contract getting to the end or in the next six months. I know the new sporting directors would all link up for whatever that's best for the club.

Salah age factor which continues to age will certainly affect his performance on the field so that in the future Liverpool will no longer be able to have full hopes for Salah, apart from that, it is reported that Salah is also starting to be targeted by other teams, especially Arab clubs who even dare to pay a lot of money for Salah, and I has even read ,If Salah had received a fantastic offer from Al Ittihad in the transfer market last summer, amounting to 150 million pounds and at that time Liverpool refused to let Salah go, at his current age it would of course be very difficult for Salah to continue to show consistent and stable performance as liverpool expected, like you say that like it or not Liverpool must immediately look for a replacement for Salah at this time, and reportedly there are many names that are predicted to be Salah replacement at Liverpool and one of them is Pedro Neto from Wolves, but so far Liverpool have not shown certainty about recruiting Neto because of the price asked by Wolves very high.
Yes, it is true that Mohamed Salah is a little older, but the problem of getting injured too often is not a problem with his age, but in my opinion, he is still physically strong enough, it's just that he has to rest more often when he has matches scheduled in other competitions so that he doesn't get too tired and get injured naturally, there won't be a recurrence because he has been competing since the start of the full season so it's natural that now he sits on the bench more often to maintain his physical condition and I really hope that in the final match, Mohamed Salah can appear along with the other players.

Regarding the transfer of Mohamed Salah, I think I doubt Liverpool will let go of this player unless Liverpool's coach is no longer Klopp and of course the new coach who will be recruited will greatly influence Salah future, whether he will be sold or retained.
When Liverpool gets a replacement for Klopp with a reliable coach, I'm sure Salah will definitely prefer to stay at Liverpool even though the Saudi Arabian club made a very big offer.

The amount of plans that Ten Hag has been making for the summer transfer season is quite extensive. Assuming he can bring UTD back to the UCL, which I am confident he will, there is no reason for the team to consider sacking him. Besides his other responsibilities, Ten Hag must also start preparing the list of players to be put up for sale during the upcoming summer transfer season. I think that some defenders will be leaving from the club. The rumors about those who were associated with the different clubs were not confirmed. None of them have become real talk and i saw no one has ever approached united's defender except meguire which has been linked by westham but he rejected such offer.

We shall have waited for the further confirmation from manchester united. Im sure that united will be coming with good news. Manchester united needs to revamp the defensively when we have come closer to the end of season.
Ten hag has a bunches of plan to be implemented in the main squad. I hope that ten hag will be doing so well till the end of season. Hojlund and garnacho are starting to have good times in the club. I kindly wait for the golden momentum will come soon.

I expect if ten hag will show something different in the upcoming season. I can agree if he was a flop. Ten hag doesn't even have ability to recruit the good talent to join in the club. This makes me feel so sketpcal toward him.

Luton Town is a shock to the world that the yare even in the premier league, I still have no idea how that happened and feels like it is not going to be all that simple to handle this. I get that it is good for them to be there, but they are very very poor financially considering the level they are playing at right now. One common thing everyone talked about is just go take a look at their stadium, it's like 20+ years old place with horrible infrastructure and feels like they should probably have something much better.

In the end, I feel like it is going to be easy for any big club to beat them. They will go down without a doubt this season, and they should spend a few years getting more modernized before they try to return to premier league again.

It is very difficult for a small team like Luton to get into this league. In fact, it is a very well-established club and its history goes back a long way, but great financial power is needed to continue in this league. They are struggling to stay in one of the toughest leagues in the world.
The fact that they started the match ahead of Liverpool surprised many people. But in the continuation of the match, Liverpool managed to score 4 goals. Luton still has a chance to leave the relegation zone. If they play well in the upcoming matches, they have the possibility of moving up the league Smiley

It is assumed that Liverpool can lift the trophy but cannot be guaranteed. no one can give such a guarantee.  Because they are not the only team who can play very well
I mean, who the hell assumes Liverpool will win the trophy, considering how many injuries they have now? If anything, I feel like people are still putting City in the favorite position since the difference is only 1 point. Not to mention Arsenal also can snatch the title assuming their gap with the top 1 doesn't get larger. It'd be foolish to call Liverpool or any team to win the title this early in.

They will go down without a doubt this season, and they should spend a few years getting more modernized before they try to return to premier league again.
But being promoted or not has no relation to financial power or how pretty their stadium is. If they play good football and win the second division or at the top, they will get promoted sooner or later. If the problem comes with the match being less enjoyable to watch on TV, or because VAR has troubles due to a lack of camera, etc, they should ask for help from the sponsor or the federation. At worst, they can try renting a stadium to host their home match. I'm pretty sure one or two stadium owners will allow that as long as they get some fees. CMIIW.

I do think Mo Salah was dropped fro the finals they'd be playing against Chelsea come Sunday. It could be the first trophy for either Pochettino Mauricio or Jurgen Klopp.

There is a lot of speculation circulating so it is not a certainty.
Regarding Liverpool's performance in the final, I think there will be no problems even without M. Salah because the Liverpool team does not depend on any one player and this was proven a few weeks ago when M. Salah was absent from defending his country.
And I'm still pretty sure Liverpool will be able to win their first trophy next week, Chelsea are currently in a slump so there's nothing to expect from them.
Liverpool are still in quite a strong position and they are not only dependent on one particular player, every player in their team plays well and is good at playing football. so they can play the match confusedly. Man City are trying hard to overtake Liverpool but are not succeeding. It is assumed that Liverpool can lift the trophy but cannot be guaranteed. no one can give such a guarantee.  Because they are not the only team who can play very well

In fact, Manchester United managed to show progress last season where they managed to close the season in 3rd place and this is progress that has been made by Erik Ten Hag. But this season, Manchester United's performance has declined again because until the 25th match, Manchester United had not yet managed to return to the top 4 rankings. For this reason, if we measure their strength to compete for the title, of course they are not quite ready to do it because in my opinion, Erik Ten Jag has to make many changes to bring Manchester United back into the title race.

But in my opinion Manchester United inconsistency is none other than because many of their players have experienced a setback in their performance this season. In terms of defense, they are experiencing big problems which may have to be fixed at the end of this season and also for the front line, of course Manchester United needs quality stickers when it comes to scoring goals. For this season I think Manchester United's target is only to return to the top 4 rankings.
For United, they've had good records from the beginning of their existence till 2seasons ago when they started experiencing gradual decline. Their coach switches has an effect on the team, they found it hard to secure a good coach that complements and will impact the team positively. And this has been on and on till this season when the situation got critical and United is literally nowhere to be found in the top 4 spot and they keep going behind in their struggle each passing week. Ten Hag is obviously not good for them currently as the team keeps slacking back and they do not stop looking confused on the pitch. All his implemented tactics and strategies aren't okay off well for him and it's safe to say that as the head of the team, he's got the greater part of the blame to bear.

For me I'd say the fault is from both Ten Hag and his players as well. The players fault in the sense that they're being too sluggish in the pitch, they play like there's no interest in the game and they just want to get done with it. The way and manner they give off chances and how smaller teams capitalize on their mistakes to earn a lead from them. They've got good players but the players aren't at their best self week after week. Also consider the coach being at fault because many times he'd make a new strategy which in the end doesn't work for them, and then thesame strategy will still be repeated in other games. Not just tactics, both player combinations. Why on earth would a coach still keep implementing a strategy that's failed and isn't even bulging to make corrections? He's the manager and the bigger responsibility is on his shoulder. His job is on the line and if he's been unserious about it, then he should be set to embrace a sack. They've got quality players in the team, he should be able to maximize these players.
