Onana became the scapegoat for Erin Ten hag blunder in not trusting De Gea. Onana is often criticized for his not-so-smart way of guarding the goal so that the goal doesn't get conceded. But there are some facts that he can't be completely blamed for, because all the players must be responsible for Manchester United's declining performance this season. For Onana, he will find his identity and better confidence next season. He just needs support from all his teammates in the defense line because it's useless for Onana to perform well if their defense isn't strong enough this season.

The fans hope this season is of course to see Manchester United return to the top 4 rankings. But seeing how far they are lagging behind, of course it will take a miracle for them to reach the top 4. Erik may have to try to control his emotions in coaching because so far he has had a lot of problems with his players which makes the situation more complicated and difficult to control if there continue to be problems in their team.

I'm seeing patern now that new goalkeepers tend to make mistakes and perform below standard, like De Gea, Courtois and Ter Stagen. all these names didnt perform at a their own level in their first season with their clubs. I think Ten Hag knows this, and maybe this is a reason he keeps Onana on starting IX. Not to be one sided, I think Onana impress everyone in the last Champions League he went with Inter, he didn't conceded goals in Inter during Champions League and Seria League like he is doing now, maybe is because of the high pressure and the club are asking much from him but I can say that Onana was good last season and deserve Manchester United.


Cameroon disrespect him, don't blame him. The day the group stage started in the Afcon, he was supposed to represent his country but Manchester United has one important game which he played before going over for Afcon and they bench him for not coming, they were supposed to used him against Nigeria but they didn't and they got the worse performance from Ondoa, I learnt he was a cousin to Onana

Comparing Julian to Erling is quite crazy even though they play the same position. I think they both got different impact on the field of play and Haaland has more impact because of his strength and height and sharpness with the ball.

 Julian doesn’t have the strength to bully and take on defenders but can sure try to mess with them intelligently but Haaland is one good finisher that can pounce on any defense. Then the combination of an experienced KDB with high intelligence and strength and Haaland who’s got sae qualities, that’s dreadful and one team every opposing club will definitely be afraid of. The return of these players is causing worry for Klopp as he’s also losing most of his players and they’re in a run for the league title, well let’s see how Liverpool will be able to put up a fight and how long they can go with these team .

Onana has attracted many criticism in the recent time, ranging from his country Cameroon to his club Manchester United. It started from Manchester United before it got to the national team Cameroon. I have somewhat followed up the African Nations Cup and I do not think that I would have to blame on Onana for cameroonian national teams loss in the ongoing African Cup of Nations competition.

Even without anana and the goal post of cameroonian national team, they still lost and are officially out of the African Nations Cup. The only thing I am not confident about Manchester United goalkeeper is that he always make stories to be at the headline of the press knowing too well that the press, the media and even the Manchester United fans have not in love with him. He needed to be more reserved, calm and calculative but in the other words he is always at the headline. I just pray that is career should not continue in the decline lane that it has found itself.

Understandable! Ranging from contracts offered to players not worthy to be called Manchester United player and overprotective valuations paid for dump players and many more I can't even say. Most at times, I'll always blame the management of Manchester United, only if the glazers are serious about tur club, all of these shouldn't have happened. Anyways, they're taking good steps to make sure that they're in the right direction next season.

Praise Harry Maguire all you like he'll never make the first team of Josep Pep Guardiola and this is exactly how I rate world class defenders. We don't need someone's else's validation before we know Harry Maguire ain't the leader quality and not the man to lead the defense. He's got a dull aura and he should be amongst the names of players who'll leave Manchester United whenever Jim Radcliffe amd his bodies sell ofd players.

Now is definitely not the time to tender blames, rather there are more significant moment to make corrective paths on mistakes done. We should not tender our blames on Erik Ten Hag for signing André Onana from Inter Milan. First, he had good structure in Inter Milan were he made numerous saves that credited him to be one of the few African goalkeepers. But coming to Manchester United, the story have not been the same, alot of things change for the Cameroon international, he failed to make appearance and Aldo flopping at club level, Onana have conceded more goals than an estimated average player.

His attitude seems like an arogant person since him being a UCL Finalist. His actions have indeed been perceived as detrimental to both Manchester United and the national team. Rotating the goalkeeper position, with Altay Bayındır taking the spotlight for a while, seems like a strategic move to address the perceived issues with Onana. It's not uncommon for fans and analysts to call for changes in the lineup when a player's performance is a source of concern.

Goalkeeper decisions can indeed have a significant impact on the overall performance of a squad, especially at building trust for outfield players to play their best without worrying their goal-keeping. I've run out of words to see Onana's level of behavior. Neither at MU nor in the Cameroon national team, he always did silly things that were detrimental to the team.
I think he has started star syndrome since his move from Inter to MU. Just imagine letting go of De Gea for a goalkeeper like Onana. Another fact is that Cameroon suffered defeat when Onana entered the starting eleven.
On the other hand, Inter Milan is enjoying a much better replacement for Onana, namely Yan Sommer. I don't know how long Onana will continue to do this stupid thing at MU, I hope ETH will rotate the goalkeeper position and try Altay Bayındır and reserve Onana for a while.

I'm placing my bets on Chelsea anyways, i just want to see Mauricio Pochetino win his first ever trophy and silverware as a manager.
Christopher Nkuku also has been reported to be back from Injury and also training with the squad as at this early morning. Chelsea fans also knows this is the only trophy they can use to back them woeful and poor season I hope to see some changes though not for Liverpool to take the wins this time around.

Yeah, Jurgen Klopp should be pretty excited because he said it during the early days of Mo Salah leaving the club for the African Cup of Nations Competitions. He should also leave the club Liverpool if JK leaves at the end.

The first issue they must address is Onana. If you have a bad goalkeeper, you will continue to get awful outcomes. This happened to Chelsea this season with Sanchez, and since he was injured, Petrovic has restored trust in the backline, and the squad is keeping a lot of clean sheets and winning games again.

I also have the feeling that Chelsea might find it difficult to win Liverpool in the match, their performances have really been poor this season. I am just surprised that they have been able to reach the EFL final, they have really been inconsistent, but I have noticed a slight improvement in their matches lately. Let's see if they will be able to surprise everyone in their match against Liverpool. Chelsea's performance is always good when they are playing against strong clubs, so let’s see what will happen in the match. I know it won’t really be an easy match for Chelsea, but let’s see how the two teams will perform.

The final round of the EFL Cup is really likely to be lovely. However Chelsea just can't beat Liverpool in such cup games for quite long. They played two final rounds against each other in the FA Cup and EFL Cup in the 2021/22 season. Liverpool beat them by penalty shoot-outs in both of the matches. Chelsea had better get well-prepared. 

Klopp must be relieved to hear Salah's injury not being a serious one. His expected return date is the end of the month. Another great news for Klopp is that Egypt were eliminated by D.R. Congo last night so Salah won't go back to AFCON after his recovery. 

I must have to say Manchester United has made a lot of bad decisions recently. It doesn't matter if they like it or not, they will have to live with those decisions, and this is one of them.

You know Manchester United had a really good goalkeeper. I don't understand why they actually let him go when the defense was not performing well and the defense was the actual one to blame. Meanwhile Manchester United coach saying that Harry Maguire is the most important player for them.

Well I am pretty sure that he at least said that Harry Maguire cannot be sold because Harry Maguire was an essential piece of the puzzle in the defense or something like that when I think West Ham made an offer of 25 million for him.

Anyway I believe Manchester United is not going to improve in a quick time and they have a lot of problems to solve.

You need to do the calms, take a deep breath and try not to see Manchester United games for a while because Andrea Onana would be back and whatever would be would be. You can go on making comments but you just have to pray and hope he is being dropped from the first eleven.
The second choice goalkeeper also did well yesterday though but conceded two goals thanks to the attackers who scored four goals to keep them ahead of the game.

Andrea Onana off course worked with Erik Ten Hag during them days at Ajax, Edwin Van DER Ser also made recommends for Manchester United to get him signed up. I think he just needs a new some upgrades with defenders to get him well guided in difficult times like this, you have no other option but to support your own.

I really don't know what Erik Ten Hag sees in Andrea Onana that we ain't seeing, he's conceded a goal in a short period of arrival to the club, and get worst each week, he's very poor in decision making and stays out of position most times, coupled with the fact that his weight makes if difficult for him to dive properly and make a save when necessary, most people are complaining about Uniteds defense being poor, well they're right but David Degea performed better with a more poor defense than United have currently and didn't concede as Onana has currently.

 Onana's performance in the AFCON has proved that he's not really the quality of goalie United should be alowing to get a starting place in their club and I hope ETH has taken note on that and work on getting a replacement by summer, cause I see them going nowhere with Onana in front of the goal line. The Turkish goalie should be given more opportunities if you ask me.

He has been performing and showing he can be the next leader of the attack eventually when Jurgen Klopp finally leaves. Hopefully, whoever comes in makes good use of the lad because he has begin taking responsibilities for himself and the club in the absence of Mo Salah which would gradually turn him into a big game player.
Asides him has got to be Diego Jota alongside Curtis Jones these are the names we've seen representing the reds with all of the might and blood.

To be honest, if i would like to see onana played in the AFCON forever. This goal keeper sucks and he was not even worthy enough to be the main goal keeper for manchester united. Ten hag has been confirming when he will be back to the united but i was praying for him never comeback again. MU is just getting back its disaster again.
It's quite surprising me to see that how onana was not even able performing good even in AFCON. he was always making so many blunders on AFCON and i have been seeing his meme from AFCON many times. It sounds shit to hear that ten hag is feeling happy to see him back again.

What a fuckin disaster for manchester united. I believe him when he came to the united but i distrust him now after so many terrible performances from onana. His performance in afcon has been showing how bad he was as a goalkeeper. He deserves no place in the manchester united.
Ten hag has no time to get a new goal keeper and this is shit. I hoped that if ten hag would get a new goal keeper but i was wrong. This terrible guy is still becoming the main goal keeper of manchester united.

It is quite shocking to see such a terrible decision being made by Ten Hag at this moment. I don't like this. What a fuckin scam transfer from intermilan. Why doesn't ten hag to tell him comeback to the club next year. 

Even with the strategic skills of coach Pep Guardiola, Manchester City can only be said to be still doing well, not as scary as last year. Without the most potent force, we have seen Man City go through many difficult matches recently. Clearly, Man City needs key players like Haaland or De Bruyne. It is never easy when they are without such important people. When the remaining players do not meet the perfect substitution requirements, each remaining player must try to contribute 10-20% more effort. Only then can the team win.
Erling Haaland has declined slightly compared to last season but still maintains a relatively stable scoring form. He is temporarily on par with Mohamed Salah in the -scorer. We can feel how happy De Bruyne's return makes Pep Guardiola. If Haaland returns, I bet Guardiola will be as happy as a festival.
