I honestly hoped Liverpool would win that game. I want to see Klopp hold a farewell ceremony with Liverpool by winning the EPL title. It will be one of the best moments for Liverpool and fans. But City played very well in that match. Both teams showed the same level and of course a draw is a fair result for both teams. I think currently several leagues have already confirmed their champions so the matches will be boring to watch. But these results also make the English league even more exciting to watch. 3 teams are fighting for the championship title with only a difference of 1 point.
I also hope like you saw Liverpool beat the defending champions when they competed at Anfield, but Liverpool were unable to do it because Liverpool also felt that their opponent was not an easy opponent to beat, we all know what Manchester City's strength is like, especially now that Manchester City is playing. at full strength, with Kevin de Bruyne and Erling Haaland in the club, of course it is very difficult for Liverpool to beat Manchester City. Mohammed Salah also doesn't play full time so Liverpool are lucky to still be able to draw thanks of Alexis Mac Allister's penalty kick because if they fail Liverpool could lose that match.

In several leagues it is already clear who will win the title, such as the French League 1 PSG has widened the gap at the top of the standings, the Bundesliga Leverkusen is trying to break Bayern Munich's dominance with a fairly large point difference, La Liga it is certain that Real Madrid will win the league and also Serie A has been locked by Inter Milan while in the Premier League we can't yet see who will win the title this season because the top three clubs are still competing for each other but this is what is interesting so it makes it difficult for people to predict who will win the title.

LOL that is a really nice picture Grin. With only a difference of 1 point, the competition between Arsenal, City and Liverpool for the Champions League title has become even more exciting to watch. And Tottenham is one of the teams that can give these three teams a defeat.

I actually hope Liverpool will become champions. But it looks like City will be back to back champions. Arsenal will play City at the end of March and it will be a big challenge for Arsenal. If they can beat City then Arsenal will have the biggest chance of becoming champions.

The picture is indeed great so I wanted to share in a post of mine also.  Cheesy

I have seen the current odds for the PL championship like this:

- Manchester City - 2.10
- Liverpool - 3.00
- Arsenal - 3.50

Arsenal are in the lead maybe but they are the team with least chance given. Wouldn't it actually be nice to bet on Liverpool or Arsenal with some money now to make the remaining match weeks more exciting to follow?  Grin  I wouldn't bet on Manchester City while I'm wishing to not see them being the champions.  Tongue

The winning mentality matters a lot here. Arsenal leads the competition, but even bookies are still trusting city to take the trophy this season. Liverpool came up at the second place caused by this club ia also having better mentality to win the trophy. The same story will repeat when arsenal will be able to lead the competition but club will be losing it at the end of season. Even though city's odds is still pretty small compared to its competitors but it's still big enough. I meant that if the fact that if we have been seeing the drama happened to the arsenal last seaosn made club bottled EPL trophy. The same thing probably happens again soon.
I can't really trust arsenal in this case caued by the club was very often in bottling the trophy. I can still tolerate it when arsenal was only bottling one or two games but it can't even accept it when this team had recorded more than 91% wr last season but it's still losing the trophy.
It likes arsenal is not even being formed to win the trophy. I will choose city or liverpool nisead or arsenal but city is likely to winning the trophy again this season. Things are not even getting better since manchester city was able winning trophy a few times in a row which is very amazing.
Very inconsistent performance from arsenal makes me feel distrust it.

I feel like Pep doesn't even put Kevin De Bruyne into his tactics, like he probably tells everyone else what to do, but then just tells KDB to go out there and do what he does best and just lets him be. You can't really "manage" a player like that, he knows what he is doing and he is just going to end up with doing what's best in that position.

You can't tell him to not run wide, if he thinks that would be the best choice then he will run wide, you can't tell him to go inside for a header, or stay out, or go to corner taker when there is a corner, he will check the defense and read it and do whatever he thinks will be the best. So I just think, even if it wasn't Pep, no manager could manage him, you gotta let him be.
Manchester City consists of important players, we're talking about professionals that doesn't need directions on the pitch because they already know and have a clue of what the coach expects to happen. Manchester City is the best club in the European world of football. It's just amazing to see Pep Guardiola managing such a top club and doing the necessities to hook the club in good shape. Pep Guardiola doesn't tell Kelvin De Bruyne what to do, because the Belgium international is a key player for the club and having lengthy experience in football.

Bournemouth vs Luton Town two teams have entered the field to play Premier League. So far Luton Town team has scored 3 goals. Bournemouth team players are trying hard to score but I am waiting to see if they can score any goal. Luton Town team player T.  Chong scored the 1st goal in 9 minutes.C.  Ogbene scored the 2nd goal at 31 minutes and R. Barkley led the way with the 3rd goal at 45+1 minutes.
What a great come back from bournemouth, luton dominated the first half of the game with 3goals, so at this point I thought luton will also dominate the second half with more goals, but to my greatest surprise bournemouth took challenge in the second half of the game with a scores of 4:3,I think this is the most thoughest match in premier league so far.

This rumour has actually been active for quite a long time. But as long as Guardiola remains at Manchester City I don't know whether De Bruyne would like to make such decision easily. I know he is 32 years old now but he can still be very useful for the team for a couple of more years.  Smiley  I believe many people think the same about the topic.

His performance since he recovered from his injury has also been proving this. Despite playing in really low amount of games his impact has still been huge on nearly all of them. While he is this eager to play Guardiola would like to keep him in his team I think.

100M for a 32 years old Kevin De Bruyne who as as well won it all and played all off his best game at a top level of Manchester City shouldn't be allowed to stay further nextz season.
In conclusion, since returning from Injury, he has not really done too much asides from the game against Luton Town and the first Premier League game he cane on to score and also assist the yougin Bobb.
So many yougins to replace Kevin De Bruyne because, the more he gets Injured the more his valuation and worth decreases, I'd say say to the proposed 100M from Saudi Arabia for Kevin De Bruyne.

Against Liverpool, he was hell silent all throughout the minutes he played. Having silenced him by Endo made Erling Haaland and also Alvarez absent in that game.

I am sure that this season is Arsenal's season to win the title, this is just my filing, whether you believe it or not is up to you, but I am sure of my prediction that Arsenal will lift the trophy this season, the strength in whatever aspect they have is not in Liverpool and Man City, Arsenal's match at home to Man City will end in a narrow win even though Arsenal will play at home to Man City. At least that is not something Arsenal is afraid of, at least they are optimistic about winning.
Arsenal has the capacity to become champions this season. But they must be able to play consistently in every match. Competition in the PL is very tight because Liverpool and City are also playing well. I see Arsenal still have 4 big matches, namely against Chelsea, City, Tottenham and Arsenal. Of course Arsenal can become champions if they are able to beat these teams.
looking at the remaining matches to come, I am not sure if Arsenal will easily maintain their consistency and to be honest, I am also not sure if Arsenal will get the EPL title this season.
I have no intention of lowering anyone hopes here, but just giving an opinion that Arsenal schedule much tougher than Man City and we will see more about who arsenal opponents will be in the upcoming match.
Man city, Aston Villa, Spurs, Man United and Liverpool, these are the toughest opponent that Arsenal has to face and some of these teams are currently in the best form and even though it is very impossible to beat City, Man United and Liverpool not an easy task for Arteta.
In fact, I have 2 choices between Man city or Liverpool who will win title this season.

We’re now approaching the final games of the EPL and we have just one point separating the 3 teams who’re in a race for the EPL title and this we must say is a very big credit to the league superiority in Europe. This kind of close points makes all team be on their toes and want to be better than the other. This is the kind of competition I wish other league across Europe will try to have as this is what makes a league fierce and also as the league gets fierce, clubs in the league will be forced to sit up and try to achieve something or build their squad well to be able to challenge.

After the draw at Anfield against Manchester City , the final 10 games for the EPL will be week in and out full of excitement for football lovers especially. As Liverpool are tied on points to Arsenal and are separated by just goal difference and both teams leading city with just 1 point. City have won 5 of the last 6 league titles and they were interrupted by Liverpool’s triumph in 19/20 season. In 18/19 and 21/22 season, we saw this kind of fierceness playing out and City got the league with a 1 point gap to Klopp’s Liverpool.

This season they have both been at loggerheads at both ends of their matches with Klopp leaving at the end of the season, his H2H record against Pep stands at 6 wins to 5 with 7 draws between them. Both teams have performed excellently in this 2nd half of the season but City have scored more goals. Liverpool major regret is going to be the draw at Anfield to city and loss to Arsenal. Arsenal have shown massive improvement as to how they performed last year when they lost the chase for the league. With all these points, Liverpool are my favorites to win the league again this season and I think with 3 more matches to go, then it’ll be clear victory for Liverpool.

De Bruyne is a great playmaker and creative in creating opportunities. Guardiola really needs players like De Bruyne in his tactics. I think Guardiola will try to keep De Bruyne at City. But I'm sure Guardiola is also looking for other players who can play like De Bruyne. We cannot deny that De Bruyne is at the end of his career. He can choose to stay at City until he retires or join the SPL to have a longer career. All of these are possibilities that will happen.

Another rumor is circulating; we've seen several reports linking De Bruyne to a Saudi Pro League club but I believe this rumor is gradually becoming true since there are more signs came and it likes tell us if this news will come true but not yet clear whether de bruyne will accept or deny it.

Saudi Pro League clubs have registered interest in a summer deal for Man City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, sources have told Football Insider.

The 32-year-old playmaker is out of contract at the Etihad Stadium in 2025.

It is understood that De Bruyne has been made a top target by Saudi clubs as they prepare for another summer of heavy spending to grow the popularity of their league.

City have previously done business with Saudi clubs with Riyad Mahrez and Aymeric Laporte leaving last summer for a combined fee of £55million.

Saudi clubs are willing to pay a transfer fee north of £100million and offer De Bruyne a lucrative contract to lure him to the Middle East.

I still choose 2.10 for Manchester city because I believe the PL title will be won again by Pep Guardiola troops, believe me.  Roll Eyes
If indeed some people want to take a thrilling risk at the end of the season betting on Arsenal or Liverpool, I think it is equivalent to the results that would be obtained if Arsenal or Liverpool managed to get first place at the end of the season.
Don't see anything surprising at the end of the season and usually Arsenal looks very strong and consistent but always loses consistently and experiences consecutive defeats and Liverpool seems more worthy of being a competitor to Manchester City.

Chelsea vs Newcastle Yesterday match Chelsea team scored 3 goals and Newcastle team scored 2 goals. I bet for Newcastle team and lost the bet in this match. I thought Newcastle team will do well but Newcastle team players have bad performance.  Couldn't win the match. But Newcastle team is still ahead of Chelsea team on the points table. Chelsea team player N. Jackson scored the 1st goal in 6 minutes. C.  Palmer scored the 2nd goal on 57 minutes.M.  Mudryk scored the 3rd goal in the 76th minute.

I think Liverpool really learned how to beat Manchester City by shutting down Haaland throughout the game, I saw when there is a team that can trouble Manchester City is when that team can keep Haalan's movement tight, I quite remember when during the Arsenal vs Manchester City match in the first game of the season when Saliba managed to keep Haalaand tight and Haalaand was even quite frustrated because he couldn't score In that match and finally made Arsenal win 1-0, the same thing we saw also in last night's match how Van Djik managed to kill Haaland's movement and even Van Djik managed to stick and disturb Haaland when Haaland was only left one-on-one with Kelleher.

Looking at the game of the two teams yesterday obviously a draw is a fair result for both teams, I think now we will see the competition for the championship will be tighter because the three teams only have 1 point difference between them, the three teams still have a chance to change positions especially in the next two weeks another bigmatch match will also occur again in the Premier League between Manchester City and Arsenal.
Erling who is the main man for this Manchester City was bought at a great fee and all through last season, we saw him disturbing the league as he ended the season with over 50 goals + as compared to how quiet he’s being this season. This is his 2nd season at the club and he’s having just about 18 goals with over 28 matches.Well he’s having very low stat even though to an extent we can put much of the blame on the injury which sidelined him out for over 2 months. Against Liverpool during the weekend, the forward was once again kept quiet as he had just one shot and about 21-22 touched in the game which is very poor for his kind of player.

This now brings us to heaping praises on the defense line of Liverpool and we feel that the major player in the Liverpool defense is Virgil Van Dijk who we saw at some occasions always making sure Erling doesn’t get his way in that match. He was a colossus and came out on top against Erling and he real earned the praises of him being a better defender than Erling is a forward. The rest of the Liverpool backline deserves her praises too as we saw how they managed to make sure the Man City attackers like Phil and KDB doesn’t have their usual way around like they always did. This alone was a big effort from the defense of Liverpool and is worthy of commendation.

I think Liverpool still remains the only team who’s got the strength to be able to make this Man City team struggle to get possession of the ball, maintain the possession or create something off their possession. Klopp will greatly be missed especially in matches like this in future especially if an experienced coach isn’t brought to take charge. The draw was worth is as both teams showed real strength and determination on how much they both needed the points in this game and as such were able t share points which now means more pressure for Arsenal as the league challenge is still very open between the 3 teams.

Of course one shouldn't forget that Arsenal are still the leader at the moment. But in case they stumble - which is likely against Manchester City at the end of the month - then Liverpool can turn this fixture into their advantage all of a sudden.  Wink

Which one is your favourite to become the PL champions?
Arsenal should have learned from last season what made them ultimately fail at the end of last season where they didn't play well which made Manchester City champions and I think Arteta has also thought about fixing this so that now they are back at the top of the standings, even though the competition is quite tight where there are Liverpool and Manchester City there who also have a slight difference in points, that's why Arsenal probably won't last long there if they don't have a winning mentality.

Arteta must instill in his team to have a winning mentality and always consistently play optimally in every match so that they can get good results until the end of the season. So far Arsenal are also quite good, but it seems that this season, my prediction is that Arsenal will fail again and that will win the EPL title this season Liverpool or Manchester city because they are more worthy than Arsenal, I think Arsenal need a lot of time to make Arsenal become champions in the EPL, at least looking at next season I think they can do it later playing consistently on a winning path at the start season until the end of the season.

It looks like Tottenham are going to determine the fate of these 3 title contenders.  Grin  Because Tottenham are going to play against each one of these teams by breaks of only a week. Liverpool seem to be the luckiest among these contenders as Tottenham players would be worn out more before coming to play away against Liverpool.  Smiley

As stated in the news above, the Saudi Pro League was fully prepared to break its bank in order to acquire De Bruyne from Manchester City. De Bruyne's future is unclear because Manchester City has been unable to provide the most recent update on his situation and this is something that must be done by city in order to keep their asset secure.
De Bruyne was a fantastic player, and there is no doubt that the Saudi Pro League has targeted this king of assists, who may be leaving Manchester City soon and SPL club expect him will able to help league to boost the popularity.

Back to when Pep suggested he stay even longer at the club. It appears that De Bruyne is interested in staying, but the decision will be made by city management because it will be difficult to turn down a $100 million offer from a Saudi professional club for De Bruyne.

Liverpool were simply the better team in that game and I expected them to win the game but they weren't just prolific enough to convert their chances in that game even when they created so many clear chances. Pep Guardiola I think will be very happy with the result yesterday because his team was the weaker team but still managed to get a draw in a game that's as crucial as that game. Football will always remain the best sports because of the kind of quality moments it produces just like the game between Liverpool and Manchester City yesterday.
That is what I believed as well, like when I watched the game I felt like Liverpool fully dominated the game. However, when I check back on the stats, they have about same amount of shots, and nearly same amount of possessions, similar pass accuracy, it really doesn't have that much different in the end neither. That doesn't really feel like it would be that close, the game itself when you watched it felt like Liverpool had many more chances, like at least double if not more, and yet the shots on target were all the same.

So, I am guessing that it felt like that because of higher chances since their shots were a bit more closer? Not entirely sure but that doesn't mean that the game was one sided, it looks like it was pretty even.
