De Bruyne is back. De Bruyne suffered a hamstring injury and had to miss 32 matches recently. His return came in the FA Cup. He returned to form with an assist in the 17th minute of the 5-0 win over Huddersfield, a deft cross that showed precision and vision.
De Bruyne has the most assists in 5 major European tournaments in all competitions since the beginning of last season. De Bruyne has a unique ability to do something that is not easily found. He is special. He is unique. I am not exaggerating when I say that he is the central player of the team. When De Bruyne returns, Man City is expected to successfully defend an unprecedented fourth consecutive championship in Premier League history. As well as overcome challenges on the journey to defend the Champions League and FA Cup titles.

Finally, he is back again. The main problem if manchester city is still missing haaland. I was expecting haaland to come back soon and im thinking that if he will be fully recovered soon. De bruyne has been showing amazing performance on his debut and this is the main problem owned by the club. Im thinking that city will be even much more scary for other teams when it wil face manchester city. The thought that occupies my mind is the formidable combination that Manchester City's main squad will become once Haaland and Stones are reintegrated into the team.
City could become the biggest threat for real madrid and bayern. I don't mind other club since they were not as strong as mnchester city, real madrid and bayern munich. These will be very interesting competition to be seen.
De bruyne as a king of assists was coming back again, and this is also adding more chance for them to show that if manchester city's true team will be back soon. It is important for other clubs to be cautious when they have to play against Manchester City.
It was unlucky for Man City when their pillars were injured one after another. Erling Haaland is a goalscorer, breaking a series of scoring records in his first season with Man City and becoming the Premier League's top scorer. Haaland's injury is not too serious, but coach Pep Guardiola wants to avoid risking him in the context that Man City can still fight without him. Man City will transform and remain dangerous without the Norwegian striker. And Pep Guardiola should be cautious with De Bruyne's injury. It is essential to avoid recurrence because the team is entering the highly fierce next round.

Yes, they are a big threat in the Champions League. The return of the Belgian midfielder will help top scorer Erling Haaland "regain ammunition" and have a familiar partner to punish any defense in Europe. Manchester City is still on track to become the first English club to defend the championship title in Europe's top tournament. If they defend the title, Man City will become the first team to retain the trophy since Real Madrid won the tournament three consecutive seasons.
I would like to see the performance of manchester city against the strong club. Copenhagen will not be a tough opponent for manchester city but it has regained its main bullet till the end of season. It was so amazing to see how de bruyne was making an assist even after when he was just starting again to play. No doubt that if people called him as king of assists and it's caused by the competency owner by him to give beautiful and unpredictable assist for his team mate.

Haaland would be getting a record last season if there would be no de bruyne in the club. The lethal combination of De Bruyne and Haaland has a chilling effect on opposing clubs as they approach the daunting task of playing against Manchester City.
City will be facing a tough opponent once it will be going to the semi final. The match against copenhagen will not be a difficult match for manchester city. it's caused by the club has its main player back who can control everything in the club.,

today's match in the efl cup midlesbourgh vs chelsea.
and until now chelsea is still behind 1-0. even the championship division answer chelsea hassles. clearly shows the quality of chelsea is less able to compete in the premiere league. even though his player spending is crazy maybe because the price is overate and the coach is less able to build a team and buy players that fit his game scheme.
No one cares about Chelsea today, whatever the situation, they are always lost and lost. 400 million pounds just for landing on the 10th stand is shamed for clubs who have expensive players like Moises Caicedo, (115 pounds). 22 matches is a lot if Pochetino can't adapt yet, he look stuck and don't know what should he do to get win and delight fans. I think, with all the great players chelsea have, Chelsea must think about changing clever tactician asap, Pochetino is good, but in past, before everyone in premier league knew the tactics, today all premier club knows how to beat Pochetino tactics even chelsea have good defender and  midfielder.

What do you think?, Does Chelsea need to change coach?

It's one of the games when the advantage on the field doesn't convert into the final score. The full-time result was 1-0 to Middlesborough despite Chelsea being the dominating side. They still have 2nd leg to play on 23rd at home and I'd still expect them to go through.
They have no real chances of finishing in the top 5 of the Premier League, so I don't think they'd be giving up on the EFL Cup that easy. Their fans want to see some trophy.
I don't believe with my eyes to watch Chelsea lose 1-0 to middlesbrough because the Blues played everything within their capacity but still yet, no winning for them. They suffered a long minutes game with an average team. Middlesbrough didn't apply any pressure, rather they were just implementing defensive formation at home. Mauricio Pochettino is dissapointed because his side didn't travel back to Stamford Bridge with three points or even a less result of a draw tie, now they would settle for defeat and fight with everything to ensure they win in the second leg, I know it's not going to be easy match for Chelsea.

Manchester United legend and former Captain Micheal Carrick was happy  to see his team win it was a one goal scored and they held on the goal until the last minutes of that game.

They didn't  do well in middle,  that was why Chelsea's midfielders outplayed them and pressed them during  the last minutes of the game.
I want  to know what  this means for chelsea will they be able to play another round of this game?
Chelsea did well they just didn't so so without a striker who can be able to score goals for them, Mudryk should start early in the first half he had  that energy to take on players.

Create a formidable club capable of competing with any club regardless of its status and Middlesbrough did an outstanding task at winning matches not just against any club but against Chelsea. Mauricio Pochettino will express his dissatisfaction with his first defeats in the Carabo Cup, which was not the result they hoped for. The Blues will battle harder in the second leg to beat Middlesbrough since it is the only way they can stay in the league. Chelsea disappointed everyone today by losing to a mediocre club like Middlesbrough in the first round of the EFL semi-finals.

KDB is definitely a great addition, and so is Doku as well of course. The fact that KDB assisted to Doku in this game is lovely, it wasn't a shock that they won, and they were playing a much simpler opponent, and KDB or Doku scoring or assisting wouldn't be a shock, but them contributing together was the icing on the cake, a great welcome back for both of them.

I think it should be pointed out that we are talking about something that would be lovely to see, and we should consider that as the most important part. I believe that we are going to end up with some trouble one way or another if we are not careful with their health, so Pep should put them in slow by slow, and not start them right away, give them some fitness first.
City's coach would be the most happiest currently because of the return of Kelvin Debruyne, if you noticed their attackers are now doing very well upfront and the number of goals they score have increased,  KDB knows how to deliver the right pass to the right players, making it very easy for them to confuse the opposition defense and put the ball at the back of the net, I'm pretty sure he'll be back to meet players like Doku that's ever ready to utilize the good pass he delivers.

Well concerning the FA Cup  match against Huddersfield, I was pretty sure, City would get the upperhand cause their opponents are no match for them and they're not even an EPL team, making it even more easy for City to thrive while resting most of their key players in preparation for their next EPL game, featuring them all at once in matches like this could cause more harm to the team, especially now that the EPL is in it's second segment and City still got more competitions to play in.

KDB is the backbone of the Manchester City squad. He is easily one of the best creative midfielders of this generation and Pep Guardiola is using him like no one else can. But if you were to ask me who is the most important player in that team, I would say it is between him and Rodri. I know many people are surprised because I didn't say Haaland.

Here is the reason, just like KDB is the backbone of the attack, Rodri is the backbone of the midfield and defense. He controls the whole midfield and joins attacks as well.  He was the MVP in the Club World Cup. And compare the number of wins and losses when Rodri was not playing versus when he was playing. I think you guys would be shocked to see that the winning percentage is around 50%. Haaland is somewhat replaceable by Alvarez in Guardiola’s squad but Rodri is kind of irreplaceable.

The English FA Cup game between Manchester City and Huddersfield saw the return of the important players of Manchester City namely Kelvin De Bruyne and Jeremy Doku. The full return of the Belgian compatriots will without doubt increase Manchester City's chances of finishing the season with at least major trophy.

Kelvin De Bruyne was the club's second best player last season and was very instrumental to their success of winning treble but was injured in the their first league game of the season while Jeremy Doku was injured in the beginning of last month. Their return now increases Pep Guardiola's options as I expect them to be help the Spanish manager finish the season on a very good note

De bruyne has been playing in so many clubs but chelsea and manchester city become the best clubs that contributed a lot to his experience. That's why people called that chelsea had made blunder by sell him to the city. Missing de bruyne would be changing the gameplay of manchester city a lot. It's caused by the club usually playes with de bruyne as its attacking midfielder. De bruyne has played too many minutes in manchester city. The way manchester city started the game without de bruyne has shocked me caused by it feels so difficult to score against the mediocre team.
Everything chance once de bruyne has started from the bench. It was making the situation becomes even more conditional. Im very happy seeing him play in the second half and it makes me feel that if manchester city gets hopes to win the competition.
Pep's main focus should be on strengthening the defensive line, especially considering the fact that the city has been conceding a significant number of goals throughout this season. The club is currently seeking to make a significant acquisition by purchasing a high-quality defender.

What do you mean when you state that Chelsea contributed a lot to his experience? Do you mean in retrospect because they didn't give him many chances to prove he is a great player? I don't know in how far he benefitted from his stay at Chelsea, but he only played 3 games for Chelsea, so I guess the impact on his career wasn't because he learned how to play in the Premier League, but how to not get the chance in the Premier League and that motivated him to prove he can do it later down the road in his career.

Emery isn't expected to be a part of the title race already. This wasn't Aston Villa's main target at the beginning of the season. Probably the board just wanted Emery to make this team finish at a decent position which is good enough to join a European competition. But now they are totally at a much better point.  Smiley

But despite that I'm pretty sure the board won't make Emery feel himself under pressure of maintaining their title race. This is just an extra performance by Aston Villa. But it would surely be lovely for Aston Villa if they somehow stay in top four to join the Champions League. Because their general effort so far really deserves a spot there.

Actually, they are going to be more than happy if they can actually finish in the top four. Because the performance will probably drop from Aston Villa and the competition is also going to get a lot harder going forward in the season. And absolutely agree that there should not put any extra pressure on the coach to stay in the title race. He is already doing very well with the team. But we have to say Aston Villa has shown code improvements over the year. They finished on the 7th position in the last season and they finished on the 14th position on the season before that. So this is good improvement. If they can actually finish in the top four it is definitely going to be an achievement.

In fact, I am the opposite of your prediction, that Aston Villa will likely be able to become champions this season, with such consistent play, it seems that it is not impossible for me, anyone has the right to become champion even though Aston Villa is only underestimated, in fact they have arrived. currently still in second place in the Premier League standings, this makes my confidence in Aston Villa to become champions this season very big..
I appreciate what Aston Villa has done so far. In my opinion, a team that is not favored like Aston Villa but is able to be in the top four of the standings until the 20th matchday is an extraordinary achievement. I am not underestimating Aston Villa but I think their chances of becoming champions are not at the moment. But I am very confident that Aston Villa will be able to get a place in the Champions League next season. Currently the biggest opportunity to become champions is Liverpool and then City, then Arsenal and maybe Aston Villa, but I think I put Aston Villa in fourth place at the end of the season.

Aston villa is unlikely to participating in the title race and i don't even think emery has been targeting EPL this season. UCL spot will be more than enough for him. It's caused by we have seen that how manchester city got de bruyne back again and this is a nightmare for other club like aston villa. There will be same scenario like last season when manchester city was able surpassing arsenal at the late game and it makes arsenal becomes trophyless. Aston villa is still far from arsenal, manchester city and liverpool.

Emery needs to put reasonable target for the club this season caused by it will be also helping the club to control its ambition that may be also affecting the performance from the club. I would like to see aston villa to play in UCL caused by this is a sense target.
Aston villa has no chance to get the trophy this season. I would not deny that if aston villa performed so well this season but it's likely that if the chance owned by villa to take the trophy this season was zero.

Manchester city/liverpool are the most potential clubs to win the competition this season. I don't see other club have big chances like them to get the trophy
Aston Villa were never in the title race, and you can tell from the way they play. They prefer having the top 4 spot than going for the League which will seem quite difficult for them, well if they want to make top 4 they have to maintain their form by any means, even though it means strengthening it in the current transfer window.

For the league we’ve got top clubs who Aston Villa might not be able to match yet. Also with the return of The City full squad, I think the title race will now involve City and Liverpool and maybe Arsenal if they get serious.Aston Villa will be fun to watch in the UCL and I think that target is more reliable than achieving the league this season. The run for the title could even be ball down to City and Liverpool because they both are the only consistent club we’ve who’ll soon have all players active.

If you look at their games, I think the general impression that Manchester City is not quite as sharp in their games as they used to be half a year ago is not misleading. Manchester City is a nuance weaker than they were before. They still dominate the game in terms of ball possession, but I am missing the dominance in all aspects of their game. They are sometimes really close to failing or losing control over the game and that is something they are not used to.
Still the quality they have is indisputable and it makes them the favorite in all competitions they play.

I think losing KDB really has a big impact on City's performance in every game. It looks like they haven't found a player who can replace Kevin De Bruyne's role in the middle of the field. Without De Bruyne, Manchester City's ball flow feels a little different. I felt like City were trying to dominate the match but there were no dangerous passes into the opponent's goal like De Bruyne did. Silva, Foden and Grealish are good but it seems they are not ready to cover the empty gap left by KDB.

It's quite natural that the club has problems finding an outstanding substitute for Kevin De Bruyne because he has defined his own league as a midfielder. There is really a player like him maybe every 5 - 10 years with such persistence and reliability. Whenever he played and was not injured, I can't actually remember a game that I saw and then said that De Bruyne was bad in that game. He always has a least level of performance that is guaranteed a contribution to the whole team. Whether it is assisting them in the defense or scoring goals himself. Too bad that he is probably soon going to retire.

De bruyne has been playing in so many clubs but chelsea and manchester city become the best clubs that contributed a lot to his experience. That's why people called that chelsea had made blunder by sell him to the city. Missing de bruyne would be changing the gameplay of manchester city a lot. It is very difficult for Aston Villa to stay in the title race until the season ends. I really like the work Emery has done with the team so far. It is hard not to appreciate that. But it is really difficult to compete with teams like especially Manchester City and Liverpool until the end. These two would come one step forward while things are getting more serious.

I'm excluding even Arsenal from them because their job is also not easy with this football they play. There are many games in which they didn't play impressive but still somehow won. It is very hard for them to become champions like that.  Sad
Anything can happen but I always say that Aston Villa will not stay in second place for long after Manchester City improved their performance again after Haaland's return.
Since several seasons ago, Aston Villa have never achieved results like this, even being relegated several years ago.
With this information, I doubt that Aston Villa can compete with strong clubs like Manchester City even though they have beaten MC and Arsenal, but for me it is just luck and the fact is that Aston Villa will soon be replaced by Manchester City and only Liverpool will be the strongest challenger to win the league title. premiere.
For Arsenal, I have not had much hope for this club since a few weeks ago because it often loses control and I have even excluded Arsenal from all my betting slips.

Manchester city can at very least still defending its position at the top. City is now having de bruyne again and let city to cook EPL soon. There will be no club who will be able to prevent manchester city from winning the competition again for the fourth times.
Pep bought him as a preparation for the long term project. Pep has a short and long term vision and this is also the main reason to say that if manchester city tries to prepare good player who can play in the club for long term.
His fees is quite expensive but im sure that he will paid off it caused by pep will be ready to develop him to be even better than before. It's just matter of time till we will be seeing his debut with the main squad of manchester city.
I'm only seeing Manchester City and Liverpool in the top because Aston Villa will dropped from second position, because I believe they will failed to maintain the top run battle for the EPL, the only target that would be subjected to them is qualifying for top four this season. Liverpool and Manchester City will operates their efficiency in league status and also prime motions to overtake the existing race. This is the time for the top battle because Manchester City have returned back to their winning form, ready to top up their fight and ready for what's coming.
