They have their match against Arsenal Tomorrow for the FA Cup and I think against Arsenal it would cost them dearly. In the Liverpool vs Arsenal match, Salah did a very good job. Salah is the backbone of their attack, and him leaving for 1 match against a team as strong as Arsenal is going to hurt them.

They will have a match in the Premier League in Bournemouth as well. I don't think that will be a problem as Bournemouth is not that strong of a team. They still got Trent Alexander Arnold, Nunez, and others still for the attack so I believe they will be enough to pull through against Bournemouth. They cannot afford to drop any points as Manchester City are back in business.

If you look at the position Manchester city are on this period, you will know that even though other injuries players join them to Play their remaining games, it will be difficult for them to take that position from Arsenal and Liverpool. I know that De Bruyne is among the potential players in Manchester city but their points has dropped to some point that De Bruyne cannot help the team to recover from the losses because, many teams has beaten them to achieved points from them.

Infant, this season is an interesting season that has surprised many people to see Liverpool taken over the premier league table but Erling Haaland and De Bruyne injuries make many team take advantage of them to be among the top team in the league .

The question is whether Liverpool can make a good offer that attracts Mbappe's interest. We know that currently Mbappe is one of the best strikers in the world. And we also know that Mbappe has liked Real Madrid since childhood. And we also know that Mbappe has a fantastic salary. Can Liverpool provide something worthy for Mbappe to want to join the Reds? Are Liverpool thinking about giving Mbappe a huge salary? We know Mbappe is a selfish player so can Klopp handle Mbappe with his selfish nature?

As far as I can see Manchester City look like the most advantageous team among the title competitors in this time period. While some important players are leaving for AFC and AFCON tournaments at other title competitors Manchester City can really use this situation for their advantage. De Bruyne is expected to join the team soon as well which is another good news for Manchester City.

Only Erling Haaland's situation is unclear now. For now some sources claim that his return will be by mid January.

Not only Liverpool, many clubs may have their main players abandoned in January, players from Asia (AFC) and Africa (AFCON) will play matches with their national teams and clearly this will create inequality in clubs that do have Asian and African players, if we pay attention some of these players are actually the mainstay of the club at the moment and the club cannot forbid them from playing to his national team,  I think the competition in the standings will be very interesting because this could be an opportunity for clubs  which dont have players from Asia and Africa to be able to improve their position in the standings later.

If Egypt manage to progress until the finale in the AFCON competition then Salah will miss quite important matches - Chelsea (H), Arsenal (A). These matches are in the Premier League and they can play a big role on the road going to the league championship. Liverpool need Salah so much especially in this kind of big matches.

Klopp will probably pray for Egypt to be out of the AFCON quickly.    But I remember the last AFCON finale which Egypt were also a part of. We will see if they can repeat this. I would really like to see Liverpool collecting as many points as possible in the meantime to run away from Manchester City in the standings.

The possibility of Mohammed Salah playing for Liverpool beyond the current season is very slim if you ask me and that's why a lot of reports are suggesting the possible players that have been lined up by Liverpool to replace the Egypt national team captain which Kylian Mbappe happens to be one of those names. Mbappe in recent years have been linked with a move away from Parc des Princes but all of them have been abortive as the France international is still donning the jerseys of Paris Saint Germaine at the moment.

But considering recent reports, it seems like Kylian Mbappe will finally leave this summer but reports have it that his potential destination is Real Madrid and not Liverpool, Real Madrid is reported to have had an agreement to sign Mbappe. That report isn't yet confirmed and that's why I think Liverpool still have a chance but personally, I think it'll be very difficult for The Reds to convince him and bring him to Anfield

I don't think for this season, if Salah joins another club, that Liverpool can survive. Their attacking backbone is Salah. He has been carrying that for a few years. If he goes to play AFCON for a few matches then Liverpool can probably recover but if he leaves permanently then that is going to damage them a lot. If they don’t bring any good substitute, they are going to suffer I think.

Talking about substitutes, I don't think Mbappe will join Liverpool. He does not seem interested. Real Madrid might get him next season considering they don’t have a number 9 right now. They said they won't be signing any new player this season but I think next season they will be signing Mbappe. So Mbappe being linked to Liverpool is just a rumor after all. Last year we heard rumors about Salah joining the Saudi club but it was a rumor after all. But this season rumors seem stronger so I don’t know man.

It’s one reason why some coaches are not particularly arms open to the ideas of having more African or Asian players on there team, just a few and that’s all but, it’s no doubt Mo. Salah and Son would be very well missed in their respective teams. These guys are the top scorer in their individual teams and have been the pivot about which the game is centered. Their absence in 3-4 games could come at a league threatening position.

Liverpool is top of the table and that’s with 5 points if I’m to match them with Manchester City. Manchester City have got a game to play for catch ups. E. Haaland is back in training although, his fitness to play remains under probability and Pep knows this be the time to get them points he needs to grasp the league and he would be out for it.

We shall see what happens this month, but Manchester City is already going to gain tabs on them, and you know what happens when Manchester City is as the top of the league, and it's the second half of the season.

To me, Salah will surely be missed by them, even if it's just for a month.

Jota doesn't have a similar character to Salah in terms of playing style. Because of that I don't think he can be a great replacement for him. He is more like a replacement for Diaz or Nunez. Because Jota can play as a winger and centre-forward both you know. He is more like a finisher so maybe we would see Nunez on the wing and Jota at the center.

Or maybe we would see Klopp trying Gakpo in Salah's place I don't know. It is really hard to find a player like Salah in the squad to fill his place in a solid way. Klopp will just go experimental and choose the best strategy. Maybe Salah's tournament would end early for his national team and he would come back much earlier. 

Arsenal are doing poorly but should we say not generally because they progress the ball so well but having issues scoring and that can be stat when you check amongst all teams in the top 4. This should be a thing for worry for Mikel if he truly wants to hand to the fans any major trophy.Because without scoring they won’t be going any further rather they could even struggle for 4th place and that’s one thing the fans wouldn’t love for their dear Arsenal.

 Aston Villa is another team that’s been declining and I think Arsenal can use them as an assurance to secure top 4 spot. If Arsenal fail on getting a trophy this season then I think the bell will come for Arteta because he’s been giving huge money to effect signings which he’s done but yet no positive result, even with the quality signings he included to his team.

I don't think it matters what Klopp wants or not. Since Salah is in the sweetest spot for negotiations it will all depend on whether or not he wants to stay in Liverpool and continue his career on the highest level or whether he wants the cash. Because Liverpool would then have to let him go without a transfer fee and they will never do that. The amount of money that was offered is too high to be refused by Liverpool. They will need the money to build their future team and Klopp will be involved and responsible., He knows how important it is to have the money necessary to invest in great talent and Mbappe would obviously be the premium candidat.

The reason why Chelsea sell kovacic involve the following;

1: They sold him because he was not an experience football player like expected.
2: He played so many matches with Chelsea but haven't made any good impact to the club in the mid fielders area

Yes Kovacic has filled Gundogan space for Manchester city because man city are having a good season and is able to fit in.

Chelsea as a club don't known how to bring out the quality of a payer, if you play well this season they leave you, if you play rubbish they sell you, that is what they did to salah and KDB. I'm sure by now they will be full of regret, by this season  Kovacic could have been a better mid fielder for Chelsea
 

@Josefjix normally I would say Salah won’t be sold but suddenly Mbappe is linked with them and there’s no way that they can fund such a move without selling off Salah. However I’m not sure if Klopp will want to lose Salah because Salah has consistently performed for him and there’s no guarantee that Mbappe will be an instant success in the Premier league because French league is relatively easy hence who knows if he’ll actually succeed or not.

Liverpool can survive without these key players. After all Mohammed Salah is leaving for the AFCON but it doesn't mean he won't come back, he will be present in Anfield before any opponents will start tendering threats. Jurgen Klopp always know what to do to secure his territory, no invasion will be completed because Liverpool will continue to record streak winnings, they're leading team on the table, they will be ready to execute good positioning. Rumors holding on the Egypt international regarding Mohammed Salah moving to Saudi Pro League.

With Real's recent strong moves yielding no results, I think it's quite challenging for Liverpool to secure Mbappe. Even if Liverpool decides to sell Salah or not, this deal seems difficult. Mbappe recently stated that he hasn't made an official decision on his destination yet, but he hinted at reaching an agreement with PSG's president. With this agreement, both PSG and Mbappe won't suffer any harm if he leaves PSG.

Additionally, Mbappe mentioned that he will make a decision about his future soon, avoiding a repeat of the 2022 mistake. Despite his words, in my perception, he seems to be in a state similar to 2022, not knowing what he wants or where he wants to go with so many clubs pursuing him. This is evident from his direct contact with Real's president Perez earlier, making them strive to bring him in, but in recent days, he's suggesting that he might stay at PSG. Therefore, I think Liverpool should forget about Mbappe and focus on other feasible transfer deals.

These two consecutive defeats or the third in the last five matches is a bad record for Arteta, it looks like they are not playing badly but it is proven that their strikers are not very reliable and in the top four teams they have scored the least goals so that is a note for Arteta if they want to compete again even though it seems their position is increasingly difficult have to buy a striker.

With a very thin point difference between the teams competing for the title, one mistake will really make their chances slim, especially two consecutive defeats.
I think slowly their position will also be shifted by Manchester City before they can finally return to the top four because Aston Villa will probably also experience a decline in the next few matches because the conference league matches will start to change Aston Villa focus.

It would be quite a shame if Arsenal failed again this season, and for some reason the management might make changes because with Arteta Arsenal have made a lot of player purchases in the hope of not only becoming a better team but becoming a team that can win the English Premier League title and to this day it has not materialized so management feels the need to make changes.

Nothing is wrong with Arsenal, they are not just experienced in Champions League according to their coach and the young players in the squad. I am not judging them based on last two matches but the entire season, Arsenal were far better last season than this season because they lost some matches they are supposed to win this season which resulted to their present Premier League position. Nevertheless, Mbappe will be fit in Madrid compared to the remaining teams you mentioned and he will play well there because it is the only team his talent will be noticed and be rewarded with individual trophies and awards.

Selling Mo Salah and buying Kylian Mbappé will be beneficial to all the parties involved. Liverpool will benefit because Saudi clubs are willing to pay a good sum that could help them facilitate the buying the Mbappé. They will also have much younger attacker that will add more vigor to the Liverpool attack. Although they will lose an experienced Legend but Mbappé is one of the best in the world currently.

Salah will also benefit because he would earn more than he has ever gotten in his entire football career. Saudi-based clubs will be willing to pay him close to what Ronaldo and Benzema earn. And he would also enjoy the culture and religious orientation of Saudi Arabia. PSG might be the biggest loser but Mbappé is willing to forgo his £69million loyalty bonus for him to have a smooth transfer out of the club. For Mbappé, Liverpool will give him a better platform to achieve his dreams of winning the Champions League, maybe next season. He would also enjoy the honour to become the biggest player in the most popular league in the world.

Liverpool is now the biggest contender for the signature of the French striker after Real Madrid announced that they have ended their aspiration to get Mbappé. Mbappé also commented that he likes Liverpool because it is his mother's favourite club. I think the English side will be able to fund this transfer if Salah decides to move to the money-spinning Saudi league.
