No one thought that Man City would struggle like it is now. They closed last season with a pretty good achievement, but unfortunately, their current performance slumped quite badly. I thought they would easily get a win when Bernando Silva could score a quick goal in the first half, but it turned out their back line was really vulnerable, and they had to concede from an attack that they should have easily anticipated. I think their back line coordination was truly problematic. Not only that, Man City also seems to have lost their effectiveness. I think if they fail to get a win in this match, then the person who will regret it the most is Haaland because he missed that penalty.

Missing the penalty is not the problem here, but not pushing to have more goals in the match. It's more like Manchester City has lost their creativity and confidence. They now play in fear. Let's take a look at the equalizing goal. That first defender has every opportunity to play it out. I couldn't even imagine how he allowed that ball slip past him and meet Ndiaye who was very swift and fast he scored even before the keeper could know what's happening.

Their confidence should find it's way back to the team, else they're not in any competition this season.

I don't know how, but the players in Man City also seem to have lost their confidence. Haaland is not as sharp as usual. Everton have equalized the goal and the opportunity that City had to take the lead was jeopardized with by Haaland. He missed a penalty kick which Savinho won after he was brought down inside the box by Vitalii Mykolenko on the 62nd minutes. City is having a big challenge of winning their matches and I thought this could change everything.

Man is it possible that they mess up the next game against Everton? It is crazy that nothing of the old Manchester is left when they took any opponent of that level by storm and had a 3-0 lead at halftime.

Guardiola must be going nuts right now as he sees time going down and Manchester City wasting chances nonstop. Haaland can't do it, the whole rest can't do it.

I had a good opinion of Doku, but he is more of a guy who tears apart the defense instead of scoring goals himself. They finally need more players who can score than only Haaland. It is too easy for their opponents to focus on the only weapon that Manchester City has. Foden is a ghost this season.

As usual a match full of entertainment from Man City, so enjoy the Citizen game decay before they get back on track. Everton in the second half even had the opportunity to score again if Man City game did not change much.
