They are not far behind top four clubs so two or three wins can help increasing their rank in Premier League a lot. Well for know man city management are not ready to sack Guardola because he is a good coach and he has won a lot of trophies for them, however when the January transfer window is opened and he buys some players and still they can't perform well he will be sacked, the only reason why I think man city management is still keeping him is because they want the January transfer window to open so they can see want he can do with new players because right now it looks like players are the reason for there low performance.
