I also think the same as you that even though Liverpool lost in the FA Cup, that doesn't mean Liverpool will also lose to Manchester United in the Premier League. In fact, I am quite sure that Manchester United will not be able to beat Liverpool in the Premier League. It's just quite unfortunate. Because while many people are starting to expect Klopp to get lots of trophies this season with Liverpool, Liverpool are actually starting to miss opportunities one by one to win trophies. Now only the Premier League and European League remain. And I hope Klopp doesn't fail to bring his troops to lift the trophy on the two remaining occasions.
It's a shame because Liverpool failed to win that match. I think Liverpool will be able to beat United easily and advance to the semifinals. But I applaud the high press that United did in that match.
Yes, Liverpool still has a chance to win the EPL and European League. To be honest, I would rather Liverpool lose in the FA than lose a League match. Because this is a crucial moment for Liverpool, City and Arsenal. One mistake will make your chances of winning the title very difficult. Liverpool also has a big chance in the European League because in my opinion only AC Milan is at the same level as Liverpool.

Exactly. There are still several tournaments that Liverpool can still win. At least in the world of international football, there will still be many titles, and Liverpool will have the opportunity to seek victory in several available leagues. Lack of mastery of strategy when on the field is an important factor in Liverpool's difficulty in winning against several of the opponents they face.

Liverpool have played many competition very well, that made them to be in a good position in the premier league and champions league competition that is making people to believe that Liverpool will not miss all the titles in this season, because they are capable and reliable to win one title to make their coach happy. We have seen how this premier league competition started to make many teams to improve higher while some didn't improve despite the huge amount of money their management spend to bring in all those players but Liverpool are among the teams that is doing well in this season. I don't think, Liverpool will win this premier league title because Manchester city and Arsenal will not allow such favour to come to them than to use all their tactics and strength to win the title.

To me, Liverpool is in the best place to win the premier league title this year regardless of how arsenal and Manchester city have performed throughout the whole season,  why I say so is that, just take a look at the remaining fixture among this three teams, you will observe that Liverpool have a more favourable fixture compared to their both counterpart, and lastly, the match between arsenal vs Manchester city after the international break will definitely be one of the deciding factors of where the league title goes, so I believe that Liverpool will be hoping for a draw, so that both teams will lose points, but I believe that this season, they have all it takes to be champions of the premier league.

I think it will be difficult for us to predict who will win when Manchester United plays Liverpool in the English league and  Of course we have seen the strength of Erik ten Hag's troops who played very well in that match FA Cup, but of course the strength of Klopp's troops is also very good, but In the end, in that match Klopp's troops had to swallow the bitter pill because they failed to beat Manchester United and to be honest, the match was very exciting and the strength of both teams was very good which ultimately made the referee give extra time because in normal minutes the score was still level and the match was very tense and entertaining and I saw the faces of Manchester United fans who were moved because they were happy to see their support team win. Yes, of course now only in the English league and European League Liverpool will have the potential to get a trophy, but I think especially in the English league it will certainly not be easy for Liverpool to win a trophy because their rivals are very tough, namely Arteta and Pep's troops.

but in the next match in the English league, Manchester United against Liverpool I think will play with a draw because remember the last match between Manchester United and Liverpool in the FA Cup.

That's the beauty of football, because for me it's even good that united won because more competition to play might even give Liverpool a slow down on their pressure to successfully conquer the English premier league because I believe that would be the greatest target for them and even for kloop and if they succeed it would be as a farewell present for him as a job and time well spent at anfield since he has decided to leave after the end of season.
The positive thing from Liverpool's defeat in the FA Cup could be that Klopp can focus more on his squad to be able to play better in the competitions they are still participating in, namely the Premier League and European League. Moreover, currently the condition of the Liverpool squad is not completely fine. Several players are still injured and several main players are also susceptible to re-injury because they are just recovering. So focusing on the Premier League and European League may indeed be the best way for Liverpool.
And this is his last season at Liverpool so it is hoped that he can bring success at the end of this season to Liverpool. And so he can leave with pride.

Recycling possession without threatening isn’t how dominant works to me. United had almost 30 shots in the game and 11 were on target same with Liverpool stats. So I don’t see the reason for dominance here. Manchester United scored three goals that didn’t seems like  luck to me, it was actually Liverpool that got three deflected goals in the match. As for the home advantage it was there, Prior to Anthony’s equalizer you could see the way the home fans were rallying around the team and it continued even after the equalizer because they wanted united to win it other than take it to extra time.

The Cup remains one of the priority of United this season aside the finishing on top four. This trophy will even if help prepare the team towards the next season and could be what will buy Eric Ten Hag more time at the club. So I think they will go all out for it to salvage their season
You really watched the match with an unbiased mentality. I an a Chelsea fan, but after the match I applauded the Manchester united team for their resilience. Who would've ever Imagined that they could tame the beasts in the Liverpool squad in120 mins. I couldn't believe my eyes. Mainoo was extremely extraordinary in that match.

Next discuss are really entertaining with Manchester city meeting with Chelsea for the semi finals. That match will really be a though one considering the fact that Chelsea plays really well against Manchester city. I would really want the finals to be man u vs Chelsea.

Well, maybe currently people's reactions to the victory that Man United achieved against Liverpool in the FA Cup seem exaggerated. But I also understand this because no one expected that Man United, who was inconsistent in the Premier League, could play impressively in the FA Cup and beat Liverpool. And actually in this match both teams played equally well. Even the number of shots on goal both have the same number. So it's natural that many people comment on this. All I can say for this match is great appreciation for Ten Hag's troops. But the real test for Man United may be if they qualify for the final and in the Final they have to face Man City. But it would be a double surprise if it turned out that it was Chelsea and not Man City who qualified.  Grin
All possibilities can happen, as we know that there is no guarantee that the favorite team can win the championship trophy, although on paper Man City deserves to be more favorite in the FA Cup. Man United victory over Liverpool was quite surprising, because the performance of the two teams in the Premier League was very different. However, Liverpool will not be discouraged by their failure in the FA Cup, because Jurgen Klopp squad still has two other hopes in the Premier League and Europa League. Sure enough, it would be surprising if Chelsea could eliminate Man City, as well as Coventry City eliminating Man United, it would really be a double surprise.

Man United should be proud of their progress to the semi-finals of the FA Cup, because that is a trophy they are still likely to win this season, as is Chelsea. These two elite teams will fight tooth and nail to win the trophy, because if they fail they will end the season with zero trophies. Pochettino squad actually has a more bitter fate, because they also have the potential to miss European competition again for two consecutive seasons. Personally I predict Man City will advance to the final and they will lift the trophy.

The last thing I can ever expect to see in another team other than Manchester City, Liverpool, and Arsenal win the trophy at the end of the season. Because so far these three teams were having the best performance we could even expect them to see. Manchester City didn't start the season well but time after time thanks to Guardiola they are performing better than before, Arsenal is usually unstable and they lose some points and they were thinking that they totally lost the title of this season but recently they had a comeback.
But Liverpool is having their last season with Klopp in the team and I think the last thing Klopp wants to see in Liverpool before he leaves is the premier league title at the end of this season and here I think Liverpool can even have more chance than other teams.

Liverpool clearly dominated That game, it was more like they where scoring and Manchester United where equalizing, I don't think home advantage played any role in favour of Manchester United in that game because Liverpool clearly dominated. Even the last minute goal that was scored by diallo for me was just pure luck.

It will be pretty nice for Eric Ten hag to win this cup but looking at the obstacles  in front of them and considering Manchester United inconsistency in delivery, I still have some doubt in my mind if they will come out victorious at the end.

In my opinion, losing just because it shows playing at Old Trafford or an away match cannot be used as a strong reason because everything starts from the performance in the end.
Indeed, playing away sometimes provides great pressure for a club including that Liverpool but it cannot be used as a strong reason because after all it doesn't really make sense considering everything that happens is back to performance.

I believe the fact that the game was played in Old Trafford can be given as a strong reason Liverpool lost that game. We all know the advantage teams get from playing at home and how it is for rival teams to play in enemy territory. We may deny it all we want but that factor is always there.

I agree Liverpool played well despite playing away from home, but do you think Man United would have played that well if they were at Anfield? Playing in Old Trafford gave United an extra layer of confidence and confidence does a lot to a player. So yeah, the home advantage is a reason as to why Man United won the game.

Now, there's a pretty big chance of Manchester United getting to the final because they play Coventry next in the semis. They have a very big chance to win Coventry and get to the final and anything can happen in a final. It would mean a lot to Manchester United if they can win a trophy this season after the poor season they've had. A trophy would turn their season around.

Indeed, in this season Manchester United managed not to lose by Liverpool because after all, their first meeting this season was also in a Premier League match when Liverpool played at home, but Manchester United managed to hold Liverpool with a goalless draw because the final score was 0-0. Also, misfortune happened again to Liverpool against Manchester United in the FA Cup because Liverpool lost the match.

But for me, even though Liverpool was eliminated in the FA Cup but because match was played at Old Trafford then yes, it's natural that Liverpool lost. But anyway, Liverpool is also really not easy to beat even though Liverpool doesn't play all its key players in that match. But for their next meeting match in the Premier League match later even though it will be played at Old Trafford too, I personally still believe that Liverpool are still able not to lose because I am sure Liverpool will beat Manchester United at Old Trafford later.
Liverpool second meeting this season will of course create quite heated tension because of all their abilities, of course they want revenge to achieve victory in the second meeting this season. So, in the Manchester United vs Liverpool meeting, this match will be held at Old Trafford, which is Manchester United headquarters. Even so, in terms of their performance in the Premier League this season, Liverpool are certainly much better than Manchester United, of course they will use this opportunity to take revenge for their defeat in the FA Cup.

This season is Kloop last season with Liverpool, of course he will try to bring Liverpool to become champions in the Premier League. So every match they play is important enough for them to win it because with a few mistakes then Arsenal and Manchester city will dominate in the title race this season. like you, I also believe that Kloop can bring victory to Liverpool when they visit Old Trafford in April.

Remember the match in the FA Cup final with Chelsea, there was also a very difficult game in which it was difficult to determine who deserved to win. When it comes to playoff matches, the team can play with full dedication, and I think that Manchester United were just more fortunate in that match, that’s all. Let's look at their further results in the Premier League, but something tells me that we will have quite a few matches when Manchester United will lose points.
Manchester United have become more confident in the FA league in this season and from their results in the last couple of games it has shown a more positive result and motivation toward the rest of the leagues for Manchester United,  the biggest of their games this season in the FA was the defeat against Liverpool,  that match was indeed a big show for Manchester United being able to show the readiness and ability to convert each opportunity into goals that help and aided them to score multiple goals in the match.

People always assume Man City will win the competition because Man City has a great squad. They have best coach (Guardiola) and they have best player (Haaland) there. Although Man City ever dropped their position on the table and missed some points, people still assume Man City will be the candidate of the champion. For this reason, I can understand people's assumption.

However, this season isn't the same as the previous season. If we consider the remaining matches of 3 candidates of the champion, Liverpool seems to have the advantage. Man City and Arsenal have harder remaining matches because they still have some big matches. They will also still fight one another in matchday 30, so there is a big chance for missing points in the next few matches.
When I went through the fixtures yesterday, I found out Arsenal still have more competitive teams to battle and surprising seeing Liverpool and Manchester city with less competition. Liverpool have more chance of winning the title but I still think Arsenal will find a way to defeat their opponent cause we can't really judge looking at the fixtures but let's watch out what will happen next, Arsenal have a lot of tough games to play. Concerning the Manchester united vs Arsenal, this game will be tough cause Arsenal has never won united away and let's see if Arsenal can break this streak although even if Arsenal is topping the table they have a long way to go in terms of defeating other teams.
With conditions like this, many predictions and assumptions about potential EPL winners vary. Because it is that competitive, with crucial points distance. In essence, if one of the three clubs falls once and is unable to win in every match, then at that moment, the position may change. And of course it will affect the final results of this Premier League later. So, this will be a competition not only about the clubs' performance but also their mentality. Indeed, the Premier League is always a favorite. Those three also still have 1 match left, so this is quite even considering the number of matches they have.

I didn't see the tactics Ten Hag used against the Liverpool team to be superior. Manchester United won because they were lucky in the match that's all. After all, if we are to judge the match on performance, Liverpool had the ball possession of the match(Liverpool 58/42 Manchester United). Liverpool had played against tough teams like Manchester City and Chelsea and they had good results from it. Can Manchester United do that if they play against Manchester City recently?
What I am saying is that Manchester United are lucky to win against Liverpool not the other way you put it ''been superior of the tactics used by Ten Hag''
I would like to think so too, but luck is part of a result, which of course is also due to the efforts they put in. If we look at the match statistics, Man United is actually quite capable of matching Liverpool's performance. They are also not far behind in possession of the ball, even quite even. Both Man United and Liverpool also attacked each other, with quite high and tight intensity. It's just that Man United's pass accuracy is not better than Liverpool. However, once again, in this soccer match, whatever the match process is, what will be seen is the final result. And Man United have got it. So whether it was their efforts or the luck factor involved, they won and advanced to the semi-finals.

First match of the season was a little bit dull and Manchester United had no Bruno Fernandez to help them in midfied. Manchester United did not play so well though at most during that game from the first half of the season. Though the clean sheet and draw felt like a full time win for Manchester United.
The game two nights ago was well fought hard for. Manchester United knew what was at risk and they took it hard to finally go out soon. To win the game from Amad.

The change in formation and strategies did affected Liverpool. So many sacrifice to make for the team to finally come out victorious at the end so of the game.
In the Premier League Competition, I love Goalkeepers like David Rays and Andre Onana, ain't they the best two so far? So many critics forget it not how far but how well.

The defeat to Manchester United meant that the team coached by Jurgen Klopp was eliminated from the FA Cup not because of poor performance, the tactics used by Erik Ten Hag were superior and were able to reduce the tactics used by Juergen Klopp. Erik Ten Hag became the first coach to achieve consecutive wins at Old Trafford against Klopp Liverpool. This winning record has not been achieved by any previous Manchester United coach since Klopp managed Liverpool. Erik Ten Hag has the opportunity to complete a hat trick of victory over Klopp if Manchester United succeeds in beating Liverpool again at Old Trafford in the Premier League next April.

Liverpool lose to Manchester united but Manchester united cant win over minor teams, like where is thy energy they used to win Liverpool, what can't they repeat the same so they can adjust a little and finish the season among the 4 best team to proceed to the Champions League but it seems their chance of going there is still low. They need atleast 9 points to reach that level and for that to happen, Tottenham and Aston Villa must lose three games before the end of the season and Manchester must win most of their matches which we both know that it's impossible.

If there is anything unique about Klopp this season is because he doesn't rely on single players, he shuffle them and the team still deliver, I remember Salah going for Afcon and the club was doing well even in his absence, when he came back with injury, the club was doing well, players like Van Dijk, Darwin Nunes and many more were reliable for him and all deliver and even though they are not first place, I respect them.

It's really a shame for Nottingham Forest even though their performance has been bad lately, especially if they have to receive this bad news. Of course it will make their condition even more difficult and the players' mental state will definitely decline because they haven't had time to improve their performance and improve their position, now they have to accept this punishment, even though Nottingham Forest's current position is in 17th position, which means it is not yet safe from the relegation zone and if it receives this punishment it will fall directly into the relegation zone as Everton has experienced previously and it will have to fight hard if it wants to secure its position in the Premier League because it is still there is a chance for him to improve it because the points difference with Luton Town is not that big.

This is good news for clubs in the relegation zone, namely Luton Town and Everton, but bad news for Nottingham Forest. I hope that after receiving this punishment, Nottingham Forest can improve its performance and perform better to secure its position. Luton Town shouldn't be happy just yet, even though they are currently getting a golden opportunity, but if they don't immediately improve their performance then their position will still be unsafe. Apart from the competition at the top of the standings which is getting more exciting, it turns out that the Premier League also has competition to avoid the relegation zone which looks even more interesting to watch between Luton, Everton and also Nottingham Forest Grin
The battle for the EPL placement still keeps getting fiercer as teams are struggling in the top spot and also some teams struggling at the bottom of the table. We have some clubs that pointed were deducted from, and that way these clubs are now finding themselves in the relegation zone. Currently we have a phase in the Relegation zone with Nottingham now getting some points deduced and this will be a big win for Luton in their bid to still remain in the EPL. This point deduction have some great disadvantages on the clubs and have some major advantages on the clubs in the struggle.

Everton and Luton are two teams that’ll be benefiting from this point deduction of Nottingham as it will place them in a comfortable position and also reduce the pressure on them to an extent. Everton on the other end need to be at their vest performance especially as we don’t know how many points might be deducted when the board meets. Nottingham too after this deduction needs to ay at their best else they’ll not be escaping relegation in any way. Luton on the end have been. Very poor and one can’t e so confident on how excellently they can perform this season.

The competition at the top of the table is one great deed too that we all love to see, We’ll love to see how the title run goes down and see who wins the title at the long run. The Epl continues to be the most competitive league and with all this competition from left, right and centre, we are seeing evidently why this competition still remains the best in Europe. Currently the battle for the trophy and quest to come off the relegation zone is very fierce currently, let's fold our hands and watch how it goes.

Grin
Correct. But if we think back to last season's FA Cup, it is not much different from this season's FA Cup. And I think the Final match in the FA Cup will repeat history again. Because I remember again that the FA Cup final last season also took place between Man City vs Man United. And maybe the scenario will be the same, namely Man United will qualify for the Final and so will Man City. So the two of them will meet again in the Final like last season and present a quite extraordinary Derby. because two teams from the same city were able to reach the final together.

But in the Premier League, difficult matches await Man United, namely against Chelsea and Liverpool again in the near future. and maybe Man United will drop points on one of them.
