I think we will be favourites but anything can happen and it’s been proven many times that Chelsea can put a big performance in when they feel like it.

I think it’ll be closer than many expect. My prediction is Liverpool to win in extra time.

Yes, these two teams are still the strongest teams currently in the English league and Liverpool's performance when Salah wasn't there was certainly good but when M. Nunez, Salah, Szoboszlai, Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Jones and Jota.

Liverpool will continue to monitor the fitness of Darwin Nunez, Mohamed Salah and Dominik Szoboszlai ahead of the Carabao Cup final, assistant manager Pepijn Lijnders has confirmed.

Nunez and Salah were both absent for the victory over Luton Town in midweek, while Szoboszlai is yet to feature this month due to a hamstring injury.

Meanwhile, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Alisson Becker, Curtis Jones and Diogo Jota have been ruled out of the Wembley showdown with Chelsea.

Lijnders told Liverpoolfc.com on Friday: "We come in a crazy schedule again, so we play every three days. It's important for us to use each minute, use each day to really look how the players are. This is for Mo, Dom and Darwin.

"But for the boys it's proper recovery, so they all feel the necessity to use [it] in these moments where you play every three days and where certain boys have to play more because of the injuries.

"So, they are treating their body well, they are trying everything to be fresh, to be fit. But you know with our style, how we play, it's important. You have to respect the recovery as much as you respect the performance."

Even though in several matches without many important players, Liverpool managed to overcome the challenges very well, fortunately there were still Nunez not to always rely on Mo Salah who was injured. I have no problem with united's attacking line but the defensive line was so disgusting. They were not able keeping the momentum and they can also sometimes make united to dropped off three points from its opponent.


The likelihood of Manchester United entering the top 4 is greater compared to other teams. The gap between the teams was relatively small and both Aston Villa and Tottenham were experiencing a decline in their performance. So, this offers golden opportunity for manchester united to take the fourth place to qualify for UCL at the end of season.
None expected united to perform so crazily like that. Im feeling so damn good with it and hope hojlund will be showing another oustanding performance again soon. Ten hag has not yet lost his hope to see his team to play in UCL again.

Since watching the Premier League for years, I've learnt to never underestimate Klopp's teams' resilience. City is notorious for seizing opportunities, and mistakes may be costly. The importance of the match was something Liverpool seem to not have taken for granted and so they did their very best and they were able to get three points and now they are able to still maintain the top position on the league table this season, they are looking very much in form and very likely to win the trophy this season even though Manchester city has been looking for every opportunity to get ahead of them but then they have not been able to get ahead of Liverpool recently and Liverpool continually strive to stay at the top of the table till the end of the season and hope to win the league title.

If Liverpool wins their next game they can be very sure to a very good extent that they are most likely going to win the premier league this season and it's going to be a big plus to klops caree as he was able to give Liverpool their very last trophy before leaving them.
