I'm not sure it's a good idea. Would Xavi want to leave his hometown club and start coaching Liverpool right away? I think it will affect not only him but also Liverpool. It's a completely different league, and the competition here is too high to go straight into coaching such a team.
Xavi did not succeed in his former team Barcelona due to financial problems, and maybe because the management is not yet satisfied with his work as a result of the pressure he is having due to a lack of positive outcomes, that's why he is leaving and not because he would like to come and join Liverpool.
Liverpool management might not hire Xavi because he can't coach and lead his former team Barcelona to victory. How can he lead Liverpool to victory in a tough and competitive League like the Premier League?

If Klopp leaves, Alonso or De Zarbi will be his perfect replacement if they agree to change teams, but others will just come and give it a try. In fact, Liverpool's performance will drop as it will take time before they recover.

You first say that he couldn't succeed in Barcelona because of financial troubles there and then you say that he couldn't succeed because he wasn't coaching the team well enough. Well, if your first point is true then there is nothing a coach can do about it and hence it wouldn't have an impact on Liverpool's decision to hire him or not. Because if Liverpool has the money, Xavi could do a good job.

But I think that your second point is more true than the first. It's correct that Barcelona has financial troubles, but Xavi is an overrated coach who doesn't understand how to improve players and how to promote the younger talents and give them the right advice and coaching support to make them play on their highest level possible.

I would be shocked if Liverpool were to decide to sign someone like Xavi. It would be disrespectful towards Klopp, who was a great coach with skill and passion. Xavi doesn't have the skill.

It is really difficult to understand Marcus Rashford. He has been inconsistent over the years. For example he had a wonderful season previously. Under Erik ten Hag's management Rashford also played a significant role in Manchester United to start fixing their problems. His performance played a really good role in his team to join the Champions League as well.

But now we see a Rashford who has lost his way.  Sad  He doesn't look very keen on finding it either considering his general performance level so far. While he is one of the most crucial players for the Red Devils this is making a bad impact on the results.

Maybe since Marcus Rashford played well last season and started to be seen as one of United's dangerous players, his ego started to play out so he neglected his discipline a little. we can refer to his statistics several times Rashford only played him starting from the bench. Ten Hag deliberately gave him punishment, perhaps so that he could return to discipline. however, what happened was that Marcus Rashford's performance fluctuated and sometimes even underperformed. United lost teamwork, especially the lack of cooperation between the pure striker and Marcus Rashford as a winger. in fact, there are several other United players who are just as undisciplined. also, ignoring teamwork and wanting to appear alone to be the best.

So, the problems faced by United are quite complicated. apart from the main players who suffered long injuries, the team's performance declined, the egos of several players began to become obstacles to the series of problems that occurred at United which Ten Hag had to fix.
but now, Martinez has returned, Luke Shaw, Casemiro and Eriksen. and, Antony began to be given confidence again by the coach. it could be said that Erik Ten Hag's team is almost completely reliable again. even though Mason Mount is still injured. But, he is scheduled to return soon this February. so does T Maciala. thus, I am sure that Marcus Rashford's performance will improve again and play well again. well, now Erik Ten Hag's core team can almost be relied on again. and I am quite sure, United will start to appear with a performance that leads to improvement including Marcus Rashford.

Since the coming of Ten Haag as a manager the performance of Manchester United has been very volatile to say the least and what is worse is that has been in deteriorating form since he took over.I think his choices were all wrong since the time he put Cristiano to the bench and applying his radical ideas which in the end didn't pay out and the fact that he is still coaching them I see no way how the management of Manchester United still keeps him in power.I would have fired him since some time now as he had some really bad lost games.I see no improvement whatsoever under his leadership and if they continue with him most likely a single damn thing won't change.

I believe Manchester United management must have a reason why they are still giving Ten Hag a chance they may see it from a different perspective and we as fans only see this team from the outside without knowing the internal problems. So far Ten Hag best achievement was bringing Manchester United to finish in 3rd place last season and this achievement cannot be ignored, meaning Ten Hag has the ability to handle this team but for some reason their performance declined again and was unstable I remember one of the obstacles was the injury of several players thus hindering Ten Hag in implementing his strategy.

Regarding Ronaldo, I agree that he left Manchester United I'm not saying he played badly but from what I saw he was inconsistent in every match and sometimes he prioritizes his selfishness, that was the reason why Ten Hag ignored him. We also heard that most of the Manchester United players don't like him this means that not only Ten Hag has this opinion but almost all the players. Apart from that, his salary was not commensurate with his contribution so Ronaldo had to be let go.
Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe officially acquired 25% share ownership in Man United, Ten Hag is no longer completely safe from being fired. I am sure that if he fails to bring United back to finishing in the European zone next season then United management will fire him. It was reported that before Ratcliffe arrived, no one had the authority to fire a coach, so Ten Hag was not fired even though he was eliminated early in the UCL. On the other hand, I feel that if in the next few matches United still often lose points, it looks like his chances of being at Old Trafford until the end of the season are very slim, Ratcliffe can fire him sooner.

United never-ending storm of player injuries has been a factor in their inconsistency this season, their new recruits have also failed to meet everyone expectations. Regarding Ronaldo, I think he already understands that it is not easy to consistently contribute in the most competitive league continuously, considering that age is his main obstacle, even though we understand that his departure from United to the SPL was preceded by a conflict with Ten Hag. Ronaldo existence has a big impact on the club income, I consider it equal to what he is given every week.

What's wrong with Marcus Rashford? is he in trouble now? I don't really follow the news, so I hope you can provide information here. If we talk about the previous season, of course his performance and achievements really helped the Red Devils to get a place in the Champions League. Now he has declined and finds it very difficult to adapt in every game so we rarely see him contributing fully to the club. I think there are times when a player seems to experience instability and maybe he should fix it before it's too late and the possibility of being sidelined by Erik Ten Hag becomes greater.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but you're right that Rashford is one of the most inconsistent players so far. Last season he had a proud record for goals and assists, but this season he has none. Who knows what the problem is, but a change in strategy and a different approach to the game may be the cause of Rashford's decline in performance.

In 20 appearances in the Premier League, Marcus Rashford only scored 4 goals and 2 assists. That's not a great record for a player of Rashford's stature, so he may need to improve his form and get back to his best. Marcus Rashford is one of the players who was touted as a star in his era, but his inconsistent performance made him dim.
I see Rashford's problem because he is comfortable as a center forward and can score a lot of goals like the previous season. Now he is positioned again on the wing, instead of returning to his best position, on the contrary his performance is actually getting worse, perhaps because he is too eager to score goals so he often looks very selfish when playing. So it's not surprising that he played badly, apart from that it was probably because there was pressure from his impressive record in the previous season which made it difficult for him to recover.

Now Rashford and Martial can be said to be the main problems at Man United in terms of players. They have done nothing for this club. Man United should not get that new contract, I really hope Man United will sell him because I never rated those two players well at the moment that Erik ten Hag could benefit from.

Breaking news about Jürgen Klopp and Liverpool. Jürgen Klopp had an amazing performance and he got perfect results recently in Liverpool, he is even close to winning the premier league with Liverpool while he is racing with other stronger teams like Arsenal and Manchester City. But Jürgen Klopp recently said he is tired and he is going to leave Liverpool at the end of this season which means Liverpool should start seeking for another coach to take his place in the team.

Since a few days ago, we have actually discussed this here and it would be Liverpool's success if they could win the Premier League and UEL titles, but it would be a disaster in the next season to lose Klopp, who has provided good achievements for Liverpool for a long time but had to be forced to part ways and Liverpool couldn't stop it.
We all here talked about the candidates that Liverpool would recruit and some of the coaches seemed like Xavi would be more suitable because he has good experience with Barca and I think Liverpool would be better if they had coach Xavi.

I'm not sure it's a good idea, would Xavi want to leave his hometown club and start coaching Liverpool straight away? I think it will affect not only him but also Liverpool. It's a completely different league and the competition here is too high to go straight into coaching such a team.

If he has watched Manchester United from childhood, then he should know better that playing, assisting and creating chances for Cristiano Ronaldo made Wayne Rooney a better before he started scoring those goals for Manchester United after Cristiano Ronaldo left.
Marcus Rashford rather choose to be a useless player for Manchester United this season as he has refused to create chances for his central forward.

Last season, Manchester United played a full season around him. This was reasons to why he scored too many goals and he felt like a superstar with Wout Weghorst tracking back and doing the high work rate for him. This season he is expected to do that role played by Wout Weghorst but it's obvious he doesn't want to be a second man leading the attacks.
As said by Erik Ten Hag, he'll deal with the issues.

But at least, Marcus Rashford still has goals this season although not many but yes, at least Marcus Rashford can still score goals and that's not bad at all when compared to attacking players who can't score at all. Because after all, the reality is that Manchetser United have experienced a decline in performance this season and we also cannot blame Marcus Rashford completely for the poor performance and results for Manchester United this season. Because yes, basically the Manchester United squad this season has decreased in performance and thus, Manchester United is still stuck in the middle of the Premier League standings until now.

From what i have noticed, many Manchester United players are not comfortable with the way ten hag train, maybe this is also why Cristiano Ronaldo doesn't like being at MU any longer.  The issue is that Ratcliffe will take firm action against Ten Hag, maybe he will fire Ten Hag in February if Manchester United's performance doesn't improve, to be honest i agree with the radical decision that Ratcliffe will take to improve Man Utd's performance again (if Man Utd management does not immediately change the coach then Man Utd's position until the end of the season will be bad)

He absolutely loses form, but he won't acknowledge it. He has been an important member of the Manchester United team for over four years; in fact, he and his teammates helped the team win a trophy last season while playing for United under Ten Hag's directives. However, this season appears to be different for both him and the manager Ten Hag because the team hasn't yet achieved a general balance in their play.

Manchester United has also started making effort towards securing another Cup as they were able to win their round 4 match against Newport Country, this performance will give them more confidence towards winning the cup since they are sure that they will not win the Premier League this season.

Liverpool are showing no signs of slowing down and it seems like they have make it to the next round, not long ago while typing Norwich just pulled one more back and it’s 4-2 now i hope they can fight their way back, it will be difficult but even if they are eliminated they earned my respect for fighting back the premier league leaders.

The match is still ongoing and there every possibility for more goals.

I'm actually surprise with the performance of Liverpool even when there key player Mohammed salah is no longer with them, truly I was not expecting that performance, on the contrary I was thinking Liverpool will seriously find it very hard to cope without Mohammed salah but however after watching there match today I realized that the team is just the same way they are in times of performance and even if it will affect them but is not gonna be much because they seem to have cover up the loopholes, however they were able to prove to Norwich City that there performance is still intact and there is no way Norwich City can challenge them, actually I love the pattern of Liverpool on that match because the method they use against Norwich city was so perfect that Liverpool was able to dominate them from the beginning of the match to the end and wining Norwich city 5-2.

It'll be stupid fighting your own players outside and Erik Ten Hag is one professional man that take his job kindly. He had already said this would be a case to be handled internally and not to bring to air.
Personally, I would like the new owners to slash whatever he takes weekly into two because he hasn't performed a high class game or football to be earning such a fee.

He has been a useless player for Manchester United this few weeks and days.
It's obviously seen he is unhappy with the demands of the coach and has shown lack of support by not attacking, pressing and also tracking back balls more like defending with his teammates. Meanwhile, he is not Central Forward to remain up high on the pitch.
It seems like the Man United players are not free from problems and like to cause trouble, instead of improving their performance according to the large salaries they get every week, they actually seem relaxed about the situation they are currently experiencing. Rashford performance this season is far from what was expected, he is not playing well and is absent from training again, Ten Hag should reserve him for the next few matches. It looks like Rashford will be like Sancho in the future, because of course he will receive sanctions from the club due to his own actions.

Ten Hag itself currently needs players with the expected standards, able to contribute by bringing out all their potential to complete the second half of the season better. Ten Hag is known as a coach who really emphasizes discipline, Rahsford has to change his style off the field if he doesn't want to be on the bench for a long time, even though we know he is a big star on the team.

Erik Ten Hag have an outstanding team, he's keen on motivating his players to produce good results for the team, in that way, his job is secured at Old Trafford. Manchester United is an elite team that's concentrated on good results, there's definitely no better way than grabbing major awards, winning titles with good streak winnings. I'm acquainted with just one Manchester United player, Marcus Rashford have lost completely, he's facing his own challenges, he's keen on making a rebound but I think its definitely going to be difficult for the englishman.

News reports claim that Rashford missed United training due to health problems, which allegedly arose after he hung out at a club in Belfast for two nights in a row. This is not the first obvious violation of discipline by Rashford, but for some reason I don’t see Ten Hag’s statements on this topic in the press that he allowed himself in relation to Sancho. Seems a little hypocritical doesn't it? I could understand if Rashford was useful on the field (and he would be punished “secretly” without scandal), but unfortunately nothing like that is observed.

He should be punished for this act, but we may never hear about it publicly due to the high priority he has received since joining Manchester United and being an English player. This would have greatly affected the team if he was still in form and needed to play in their recent match. Every player should be punished for any illegality committed on purpose that has an impact on the team's performance.

Its his right, but timing could have been better. When competing for numerous titles, the squad must stay focused. The announcement may distract players, which is undesirable.

I think Liverpool would struggle to get Klopp's caliber coach. The man has been a club visionary and coach. Although Xabi Alonso is committed to Leverkusen, his involvement is intriguing. Getting Klopp seems unlikely with Real Madrid in the mix and competition heating up. Liverpool's decision could shape their future.

His right should not have interfered with how the team's players felt or would have reacted to that statement. That has already happened, and the players should have moved on and prepared for the fight ahead of them, which includes both the league title trophy and the Europa League title. Klopp will also want to leave the club on a high note, winning either the Premier League or the Europa League. It will not be an easy task for him, but with his expertise and knowledge as a coach for the team over the years, I am confident he will succeed or come close.
