Manchester United might not be in the best form, but that game at home? That is not the game they want to see themselves losing for the second time this season. Tottenham Hotspur on no account should win against Manchester United.

Todd Boehly should get a sporting director and stop acting like one, that is not his role to play for Chelsea. Though the players he's brought in would perhaps do a good job in the long Manchester United go away against Wigan on Monday night!

Tod should have involved the coach more in targeting the players he wanted. at least, the coach knows his team's shortcomings and brings in players who his team really needs. that's why so far Chelsea have had difficulty developing or improving their ranking, and how can Chelsea become like Manchester City. it's not just a matter of money, but choosing and bringing in the right players is the goal, and that's what City and Pep Guardiola are doing. meanwhile, Chelsea always targets players who have been targeted by other clubs first and Tod just follows the hype. but that doesn't mean Chelsea doesn't have depth in players, it's just that the absence of several injured players has made it difficult for Poche to explore as he wishes. apart from that, Poche did not give other players the opportunity to play even though the pure stickers they relied on always had difficulty scoring goals. currently, Chelsea is still in 10th place. if Poche is unable to bring Chelsea to finish in the top four. so be prepared, if Tod Boehly will kick Poche out of the Chelsea coaching chair.

This was suppose to be a very simple match for Chelsea and many of us never had any doubt about them not winning the game. Chelsea is a better team than the team they played today even when they are currently in poor form in the general league games. From the play, to the goals, to the conclusion of the game, everything was very exceptional and they deserved all the praise and goals today. We can’t talk too much about players and amount they’ve been signed with, they just shouldn’t stop scoring and qualify for the next round of the competition.

Kudos to Chelsea for convincingly beating Preston tonight in their FA Cup encounter today and I hope the win provides them with all the confidence they need to face Fulham when they both meet next weekend in their English Premier League encounter. The win tonight was very but it still doesn't change the fact that Chelsea's season has been poor and inconsistent so they must continue to win many more matches to be regarded as team who's finally gotten back to their feet.

Considering the competitions that Chelsea are playing this season, the English FA Cup is the second most important of them all and if they can finish the season with the English Premier League trophy, then they'll definitely have a better season than that of last season.

I will be rooting for Manchester United to get a win against Spurs in their next meeting but I cannot place my bets on that game because I know Manchester United are not reliable and consistent even when they play against a less stronger team. Getting a win against Spurs will mean Manchester United will have to be at one of their best performance levels on that day. The only safe bet is a draw in that game with both teams scoring a goal.

Chelsea won the match against Preston is just something expected, nothing special in that win. I wouldn't say they proved and showed anything in the match, because preston is just a second division team who sit 14th on the table. But this win is good for the mentality of Chelsea's squad who need prioritize this competition to gain silverware as mentally compensation for their disaster in the league. Chelsea being superior team by winning convincingly is just a well-done job to  continue their progression on building a solid team.

Meeting the expectations of both fans and pundits is crucial for maintaining the team's credibility. Chelsea fans, in particular, expect success in the FA Cup, and winning such matches aligns with these expectations. It ensures that the team is delivering on its promise and potential. Mauricio Pochettino will always ginger his players for the outstanding performance of the club, alot of things going really smooth for the club at the present moment. This FA Cup will looked simple and running for elite clubs because they have everything they think they need and they're able to match breaks for competitive runs. This is a good night for Chelsea as they humbled Preston North End 4-0 at Stamford Bridge. This is the crucial winning I'm talking about, keeping their supporters active and chanting victorious songs, they're unbeatable this new year.

Chelsea played a very good game; they dominated the match completely, they proved to be the best team in the match, their players showed quality, and they won the match at the end, which is exactly as expected by so many people, including Chelsea fans, because it will not be good if Chelsea is eliminated in the FA Cup. Chelsea needs to look serious in the FA Cup; they need to win the FA Cup to do the same thing as Manchester United did last season so that their fans will have relief from all the players they signed for huge amounts of money, so that the team management will feel relief and the team will be able to sign more players by avoiding financial fair play.

Chelsea has many new players, but their performance is still far from what was expected. Pochettino is working hard to do something to make his system run smoothly, but it is never easy even if he has a wealth of experience with Tottenham in the Premier League. Pochettino has a tough task like raising a fallen elephant, so he needs time and the right tactics so that his elephant can rise.

However, in all likelihood, Pochettino will have to finish this season only being able to bring Chelsea to the top 10. Chelsea will not have the European competition its fans expect next season, but that is only a possibility should Pochettino fail in his first season.

It's a big win but when you look at the Championship opponent and it's at the bottom of the table then indeed this victory seems to be an ordinary thing in the end.
But that's pretty good because at least with the victory Chelsea got in this third round, they can go further for the FA Cup especially for this competition sometimes big clubs don't really look at it because they are more focused on bigger competitions such as the Champions League, Europa League, Conference League or competition in the EPL as champions so this can be utilized by Chelsea because they must be aware that for now the EPL will still not be reached so it will be pretty good if they try a little harder in the FA Cup so that at least there is a trophy that comes to them in conditions that are still not too uncertain at this time.

But talking about the FA cup I'm actually still looking forward to Arsenal's match against Liverpool even though this match allows them to try players or even all out because of the prestige match between big clubs which is clearly this match is a pity to miss.

Of course Todd Boehly wants to see Chelsea as King in the Premier League exactly what he saw in Manchester City and that is the reason why Todd Boehly prepares unlimited funds to achieve its targets unfortunately that hope has not been realized so far but yeah Chelsea still have time to change and build a team. Maybe Chelsea will pass this season without optimal achievement because building the team is not easy and the process is needed, I personally give a season again to see their performance somehow I thought Chelsea was a sleeping lion.

By the way, 3 teams from the Premier League won today in the FA Cup match including Chelsea won 4-0 at first I thought Chelsea only won with a low score because in the first half there were no goals but in the end they scored 4 goals, this is not something impressive because of Chelsea's opponents from the lower division but it's good to increase the confidence of Chelsea players.

I agree 100% with you. They definitely got the quality players but I think they have the same problem as Manchester United, which is whenever a new player joins the team, he suddenly forgets how to perform well in the matches. I mean look at Mudryk, how he used to perform back in Shakhtar Donetsk dancing around the defenders, and now he can't seem to be doing much. Many players are injured as well but if we are talking about a team which won the UEFA Champions League a few years ago, they are doing worse than poor mate.

But my honest prediction will be that this match will be a draw considering their recent performances. Chelsea might win this match because they just won the match against Preston convincingly by 4-0.

This is why the depth of their squad is so important and some teams play the whole season on the edge. They want to save money and they know if three or more players get injured, there is no way out for them but to play with a much weaker team than usual.

I think it is stupid when we are talking about teams that have the money to sign some decent backups for their top players. They should make sure they have a least amount of quality sitting on the bench.

Chelsea was able to finish up this game with a 4 - 0, a goal score that I had wished them to have gotten from this match. For Chelsea now, it is not just all about winning or gaining points, it is also about getting more goals and showing more muscles in any match they are featured.

As of the issue of Pochettino, he came into the club since the July of 2023 and like every other clubs, there's a lot of expectations from the guy which is very okay and normal. As a former manager of Tottenham Spurs and PSG, one will only expect greater performance from Pochettino as he advanced to the Blues but since the first of July, his debut match was against Liverpool which ended as a draw.

The first match he won as a coach was With Luton Town which was a 3 over 0 against the latter. Thanks to Raheem Sterling and Jackson who scored the first goal. Since then, Pochettino hasn't consistently been up to the game to remain at least first 3 or first 5 of the table standing.

Injury scare is one of the biggest issue today in world football, Newcastle united is not the only club to suffer from this menace but they have to learn to adapt to the status quo and also profer a lasting solution to their problems and also try and participate actively in January transfer window so that they block all the loop holes so as to start getting back to where they were before they were hardly hit by this injury worries this season. Newcastle United had a very interesting spell last season that saw them qualify for the uefa champions League last season alongside Manchester United, arsenal and Manchester City but they failed to qualify for the next round after a disappointing campaign which saw them ousted out the competition but as it, they are far from repeating that feat due to their sudden decline this season as a result of injury worries, though they look as if they can get back to winning ways before the end of the season.

I think the biggest problem is the management, to be honest. Erik Ten Hag can't seem to be doing anything right. Whoever a new player joins in the team, they fail to perform like they used to before coming to the club. Look at Antony and Onana. Onana was supposed to replace De Gea but he is nowhere near De Gea in terms of performance. I think only Courtois can replace De Gea, to be honest.

On the other hand, Antony did not even score a single goal this season. What is this man? He is a forward and he should be putting his team through by scoring goals. Bruno also failed this season. They used to perform very well but I think Erik Ten Hag messed it up.

You are right about almost everything but one thing is wrong. You said that Newcastle United spent a lot to get the team ready for the fierce competition in the Premier League, but that is not right and it is something I criticize. Newcastle would have had the money if they wanted to, but they spent only £130.8m and their net spending was £88.6m.



They are pretty much in the middle when it comes to their spending and I think when a club qualfies for the Champions League and has played such a great season, they should make sure that the squad is competitive the next season. That's where they saved too much money in my opinion.

Arsenal are moving in the same fashion they did in the last season. They start the season and lose focus when they are ahead. It’s disappointing seeing how much hope and faith the supporters have in Arteta and the team to get their first league trophy in a very long while. There is still a huge chance to remain contenders as they are just two points away from first position. The fans can only hope that Arsenal can hold up and revive their chances with crucial wins in the coming games against Liverpool and the next league game and watch other teams drop points.
