The issue is that they could not convert their supremacy into goals, which is where I give Nottingham Forest that praise, those guys were somewhat brilliant in the defence, otherwise, they would have conceded more goals. It could have been a serious problem for them if they had played with a better club than Man U, such a club may be able to demoralise them, but certainly not Man U, they were able to show that bravery in the way they defended their side despite Man being the host at Old Trafford.

Hahah now we exclude Manchester City from the title race because they have been far behind, I can't imagine Manchester City as the strongest team in the last few seasons and they only won once in the last 5 matches while 3 times were defeated, so what's the problem? We can see Manchester City different this season and many weaknesses in several lines, especially defense. If bad results continue then I am not surprised if Manchester City out of the top 4

Now Liverpool looks more confident without the main competitor at the top of the standings and honestly I'm not sure if Arsenal or Chelsea can catch them. By the way, why Everton vs Liverpool match canceled?

I think Amorim needs to be clear to his players about his pattern and to the club too about his plans. This club shouldn’t be chasing glory like in the past again because it is not working let them dedicate some more years to allow a rebuild and it is with young players and managers like Amorim that it can be possible. Sacrifice few years and you will get your old United back again. This man seems to have an idea but will need a total rebuild to do that

Manchester City struggled to win again, it should have been an easy match to secure full points. Crystal Palace really took advantage of the home game well, they almost managed to make Manchester City suffer another defeat. Pep Guardiola and his players do seem to lack motivation to win the match, now their steps to defend the Premier League trophy are more difficult. In my opinion, with the points difference that has been created, make Liverpool at the top of the standings is more comfortable.

Because moreover, it was quite an interesting game, despite the fact I was only opportune to watch the match between Manchester United against Nottingham forest from the second half while both clubs were playing 1 each each. And judging from the outcome of today's game, it is a clear indication that the new coach Ruben Amorim do really has a whole lot of work on his players, regarding score scoring tactics. Because considering the fact that Manchester United dominated today's game and had the most shots on target, what they lack was their inability to convert play into goals. Manchester United's defeat at the Emirates on Wednesday to me was understandable since it was an away game against an Arsenal side that's been very consistent in the league for the past 3 seasons but losing at home to Nottingham Forest today I think was very disappointing. I don't want to start blaming the new manager Ruben Amorim but I believe it was his tactical decisions that caused them to lose that match. At the moment, I don't think Manchester United can finish above 5th place of the league table at the end of the season.

Isn't it too early a time to start throwing blames at Amorim? For how long will Manchester keep blaming their head coaches for their continued failure when they have got no patience to build the team, I don't know why it feels like most persons were expecting a magic from amorim such that his arrival would turn things around almost immediately, he's need some time to get things right and if after the time given he's still isn't productive enough then he can be relieved if his duties.

With the way things are going on with the position man Utd are presently (13th) I think Amorin will not finish the season as a man U manager I think the way he wants all players to play will not work for him he just need at least 2 to 3 players off which are ( yoro and garnacho) what is the meaning of substituting Bruno Fernandez when you are in need of goals he need to know how to substitute in the premier league if not his job might be in the line

I knew it was not going to be an easy game for Manchester United because Nottingham Forest's squad this season is different. This shows that they are good, and that is the reason I was not surprised as they defeated Manchester United because the fans "are not yet certified with Amorim which is the main reason why the coach is not yet settled in th squad.

I have seen some fans blaming Andrea Onana for that second goal scored by Gibbs but I will not fault him for that goal. I want to give credit for that technique he applied on that ball. Bruno Fernandez also caused the error leading to that goal and before Manual would track back to cover his errors, the ball was already at the back of the net. Forest tool their chances,which united didn't utilise..

Manchester United ain't serious this season and it should be clear to know if they played well against nothingham, they were losing focus and it's now as if they are not trying at all, nothingham played better than them and there was no to much struggle all they did was to play a good game and that is why I said they played a simple game and even without possession they won the game I love clubs who play with more focus because there game will look more in order but United were leading but still they were unable to win, and Manchester United even nearly win there games this days.

Even with all trying to resolve the coaching issues nothing have changed and ten was part of who created this unsolved issue for them and they are still battling with the whole thing even when ten is no longer available, I was actually impressed with how nothingham coordinated there self, there defense was okay and Manchester United have another game they have lost, since the season have not gone far they might actually improve but I don't even know how but there is possibility.

What does Manchester United needs again? Is it players or Coach again? We all thought they will do well after the successful changed of the coach but things are not going well with team. Nottingham Forest would have been a walk over for Manchester United and if we compare teams with them, it should be like Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea and not all Nottingham Forest. There are some mistakes from Manchester United players especially Onana that the second goal from Nottingham Forest should be easy ball to blocked but i don't know why Onana has just let the ball passed him besides that there were some miscommunication between Manchester United players which caused Nottingham Forest can easily to broke the defense of Manchester United and i think putting Leny Yoro, De Light and Martinez to the defensive lines is not the best option because these players were unable to performing well but indeed overall Nottingham Forest is much better than Manchester United and they deserved to win from this match

It's been a while now that I have stopped watching united game and that's because of the rubbish and inconsistency that they have being showing in their recent performance. Even when the whole excited came that they have signed a new coach I still don't believe this team because of the level of inconsistent form and they definitely showed that today with this loss to Nottingham forest although many would say that forest are no longer a small as they have continually build their team strength and performance.

Manchester United does not have a good balance when the opponent attacks them, they find it difficult to maintain the balance of their defense line well in this match.
