We turned out to be overconfident because last season Liverpool was able to score 7 goals which in the Liverpool season the conditions were not promising but this season which should be more stable to win actually in this match was unable to break into the Manchester United defense. I salute Onana, Varane, Dalot, Luke Shaw and also Mainoo for surviving without Maguire, Bruno, and Aaron Wanbissaka. I don't know how to describe this match because the intensity of Liverpool attack almost every minute of the first half was  so aggressive that it didn't give the front line a chance to attack. Manchester United in the second half played a little open trying to get out of the pressure and on several  occasions could put pressure.  But still Liverpool dominance is superior in all aspects of attack.  Perhaps the note for Klopp is that his midfield is not working well  and Mo Salah  and Nunez cannot build cooperation as they should.

0-0? Manchester United  had to get 3 yellow cards and 1 red card even though Dalot didn't deserve it because the ball was clearly at Mo Salah feet. Only Dalot reaction provoked the referee emotions resulting in issuing a second yellow card.

Overall sharing points  slightly favored  the visitors and for the hosts must be willing to give the top of the standings into the hands of Arsenal  who won points first over Brighton.

In the last few matches City have not had Haaland and this has had a big influence on their goal conversion. I saw in the last 3 matches where City dominated so much but they missed many opportunities to score goals. Maybe there is no finisher like Haaland at City at the moment. This is homework that Pep Guardiola must complete. I agree with you that for now it's good for Pep to rest after last year they worked very hard to win the treble winner.

Either it's bad luck for me or something else, because when I bet on Manchester United they are a bad club and it's easy to lose goals, but when I bet on the opponents they are going to face, like Liverpool for example, they can withstand at least every attack that comes at them, and you know what happened to my bet in this match.
It's quite strange to see them play every week, sometimes they're bad, very bad, good and very good. I see decent odds for me to bet on Liverpool and I'm very confident in what I'm doing. The win over Sheffield also helps Pocchetino to gradually put the team in order and keep the despair at bay. Mudrick has finally started scoring and Cole Palmer is developing into a serious player that Chelsea should not miss.

Getting draw against liverpool away is a win for manchester united. This result is far better compred to the last season when liverpool was destroying manchester united like it was nothing. Liverpool was winning with 7 goals without even conceded a single goal.
Manchester united has been showing pretty good improvement as the draw against liverpool at anfield has proven it. The only main problem if manchester united is now making significant improvement.
The club played a big better but it was still very bad compared to the other big clubs in EPL. This is also the main reason manchester united cannot go to the UCL next season.

The competition becomes even harder than before even arteta was also complaining EPL was just getting harder and much more complicated than the last season. Some big clubs were struggling but they will comeback stronger soon.
Ten hag is not helping united to go to the knock out stage. The only good solution for ten hag to help MU qualify for the UCL next season. This may decrease the chance of him to be sacked.

I don't see a better solution for ten hag rather than bring back MU into the UCL again next season. It's really understandable since UCL was helping the club so much.

He doesn't need to prove anything, so he can choose whatever he want. He can also become England national team manager if he want and it's more relax since the national team schedule is looser than league.

No it's not Manchester United in good shape, but Onana make many good saves here, so the only player that perform in this match is Onana.

While the rest, they just play like they used to be. Anyway it's really surprising Bruno Fernandes was abstain in this match, Ten Hag have realized Bruno and Rashford should get punishment due to their bad perform.

Truly the draw by Liverpool against Man Utd in yesterday's match was like a loss to Liverpool, pre-match analysis favored Liverpool to win having a better side against Man Utd who played a second team players after several of their first team players was ruled out due to injury, however Man Utd sticked to  their defensive tactics while launching a counter attack infact had it been Rasmus Hojlund utilized his scoring chance in the second half Man Utd would have won the match, nevertheless I must the Man Utd players particularly their defense line who stood their ground to wade off pressure from Nunez and Díaz while Onana also made some brilliant saves to deny Liverpool.

The result match against Manchester United indeed very dissapoint because on that match Liverpool should be able to win the match but i think they should be forget that result and more focus for upcoming match and Liverpool had tight schedules because this weekend Liverpool as a host will playing against Arsenal and this is interesting match because if Arsenal can able to win the match they have potention to wided their points gap with Liverpool even so with Liverpool that if they can overcomes Arsenal then Liverpool will be taking over first place

If we see from head to head statistics Liverpool had good records during playing at Anfield because from 10 meeting at Anfield Liverpool was unbeatable because they got 7 wins and 3 draws from those matches and based on the odds between these teams too i can see Liverpool is slightly the favourite with odds @2.39 however although Liverpool only able to gets draw result from Manchester United but basically they are in the good shape even so with Arsenal that until week 17 their performance is still stable so it's very interesting to know who is the winner of this match

For Manchester United matches with Liverpool are always special and always come out spectacular, so for this match Manchester United players do not need to adjust and it was obvious that here they are not playing for Ten Haga, but for the club and that's why they all played perfectly. Of course, 34 shots on goal is fantastic a lot, but not only Onana was the hero of the meeting, but the defense and midfield, which did everything to prevent Liverpool from scoring, and it is clear that without Salah in Liverpool's offense is not very good. It was in this match that you can see that Nunez is not the most stable striker, and Trent Alexander-Arnold and Salah could not turn the tide and score. Therefore, a logical draw.

Aston Villa are in a deserved second place. The match with Brentford can be called the match of the tour. He's repeatedly drawn games I felt like he should have won honestly. But this years Premier League Competition? I would love to see Arsenal winning. Manchester City seems to have something going wrong. Last season even without Kevin De Bruyne, they made sure to still win games.

Manchester united yesterday did played fairly against Liverpool, before the match commenced I was of the opinion that Liverpool was going to win and definitely have three points but then I wasn't expecting they will win with much goals, ofcos I felt a two or one goal difference will be all that Liverpool will get above Manchester united in that match.

To my greatest surprise yesterday's game neither Manchester united or Liverpool was able to get a single goal and the game was really not an easy one for both teams. Yesterday Manchester united played without Bruno Fernandes and it was really a good match for them as they all were less dependent on any body, the were all playing with team spirit and making sure everyone gets the ball evenly and whoever gets the best chance should be able to score but if Bruno were to be there he would be the center of attention as they will be wanting to give him ball to score, this is the second time this season I've seen this season that Manchester united played without Bruno and yet did well maybe they should try playing without him sometime Maybe it will help.

I don't think Pep Guardiola will take a break from football or leave Manchester City after this season. If you listen to his press state after the loss to Aston Villa he said he likes challenge and the loss to Aston Villa has shown him that he needed to improve his game and show how good he is as a manager. He also made mention of next season. Guardiola is not a coach that run away from challenges.

This match show that Manchester united coach is trying his best to help the team to improve, because their goalkeeper that was not improving in some matches, show some efforts to stopped Liverpool strikers not to scored a single goal from the match and their defenders really organized to blocked Liverpool opportunity not to happen. Manchester united next match will determine if Onana can help the team to come close to third position or fourth position before the end of the tournament so that it will allow Manchester united president to give Erik Ten Hag another opportunity next season.

I'm surprised to see how Man United play without Bruno Fernandes, I can say that they were playing more collectively unlike when there is Bruno who usually become the center and the other players will always try to give ball to him. I dont know if it is good or bad for them, but maybe Ten Hag should also try the same strategy and lineups against other team without Bruno. I thought that Liverpool would win easily with many goals but I was wrong, although it was like one-sided match only due to domination by Liverpool, but I have to say that United's defense played really well.

Liverpool did a great performance in this match. Unfortunately for them they could not get 3 points. From the beginning to the end of the match, we only saw the dominance of Liverpool players. The only task of Manchester United players was to resist the attacks of Liverpool players. But United fans really need to thank Onana for this match. Because Onana made several great saves in this match. If Onana's performance was not good, Manchester United would not have scored 1 point in this match. Manchester United's chances of getting into the top 5 of the points table are still very low.
